67. Kitaab Ul Nikaah (Marriage)

JISNE NIKAAH NA KIYA WO MUHAMMED(ﷺ) KI UMMATH SE NAHI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Kay baray mein teen lgou ne jana aur phir kaha kay Muhammed(ﷺ) ki toh Tamaam lagzashay maaf kardi gae hai,

1. Ek ne kaha Me toh Humesha raath bhar Namaaz padhta rahunga, aur
2. Dosre ne kaha me toh Humesha Roze rakhunga.
3. Aur tesray ne kaha mein Aurtou se Judai karunga aur kabhi Nikaah nahi karunga,


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Aye aur ye log se Farmaay dekho tumsub se ziyada mein Allah se darnay wala hoon aur parhezgar hoon aur mein Nikaah bhi karta hoon Namaaz bhi padhta hoon, aur roza bhi rakhta hoon aur Iftar bhi karta hoon, mere tariqay se jisne Beraghbati ki wo mujhse nahi hai.

Narrated By Anas bin Malik : A group of three men came to the houses of the wives of the Prophet asking how the Prophet worshipped (Allah), and when they were informed about that, they considered their worship insufficient and said, "Where are we from the Prophet as his past and future sins have been forgiven." Then one of them said, "I will offer the prayer throughout the night forever." The other said, "I will fast throughout the year and will not break my fast." The third said, "I will keep away from the women and will not marry forever." Allah's Apostle came to them and said, "Are you the same people who said so-and-so? By Allah, I am more submissive to Allah and more afraid of Him than you; yet I fast and break my fast, I do sleep and I also marry women. So he who does not follow my tradition in religion, is not from me (not one of my followers)."



- ہم سے سعید بن ابی مر یم نے بیا ن کیا کہا ہم کو محمد بن جعفر نے خبر دی کہا مجھ کو حمید بن ابی حمید نے انہوں نے انس بن ما لک سے سنا وہ کہتے تھے تین آدمی نبیﷺکی بی بیوں کے گھرپرآ ئے(حضرت علی،عبد اللہ بن عمر و بن ا لعا ص اور عثما ن بن مظعو ن )اور آپ کی عبا دت کا حا ل پو چھا جب ان کو بتلا یا گیا تو انہو ں نے اس عبا دت کو کم خیا ل کیا کہنے لگے ہم کہاں پیغمبرﷺصا حب کہاں ہم کو آپ سے کیا نسبت،آپؐ کو تو اللہ تعا لیٰ نےاگلے پچھلے سب قصو ر بخش دیے ہیں ہم لو گ گنہگا ر ہیں ہم کو بہت عبا دت کر نا چا ہیے ۔ ان میں سے ایک کہنے لگا میں تو سا ری عمر رات بھر نماز پڑھتا رہوں گا اور دو سرا کہنے لگا میں ہمیشہ روزہ دا ر ر ہو ں گا کبھی دن کو ا فطا ر نہیں کر نے کا ۔ تیسر ا کہنے لگا میں تو عمر بھر عو ر تو ں سے ا لگ ر ہو ں گا نکا ح نہیں کر نے کا ۔اتنے مٰیں رسول اللہﷺ تشریف لے آ ئے آپ نے فر ما یا کیو ں تم لو گو ں نے ا یسی ایسی با تیں کہیں ۔ سن لو میں تم سب سے زیا دہ اللہ سے ڈرتا ہو ں اور تم سب سے بڑھ کر پر ہیزگا ر ہو ں مگر میں روزہ بھی رکھتا ہوں افطار بھی کرتا ہوں ر ا ت کو نما ز بھی پڑھتا ہو ں سو تا بھی ہو ں عو ر تو ں سے نکا ح بھی کر تا ہو ں جو میر ے طر یق کو پسند نہ کرے وہ میرا نہیں ہے۔






JISKI NIKAH KI TAQATH HO USSAY NIKAAH KARLENA CHAHIYE AUR JISKI NA HO WO ROZE RAKHA KARE:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Ae Naou Jawaanou tum mein Jo bhi Shaadi ki taqath rakhta ho ussay Nikaah karlena chaheye aur jo taqath nahi rakhta ho ussay Roze rakhna chaheye kyun kay ye khwaahish nafsaani ko todhta hai.

Narrated By 'Alqama : While I was with Abdullah, 'Uthman met him at Mina and said, "O Abu 'Abdur-Rahman ! I have something to say to you." So both of them went aside and 'Uthman said, "O Abu 'Abdur-Rahman! Shall we marry you to a virgin who will make you remember your past days?" When 'Abdullah felt that he was not in need of that, he beckoned me (to join him) saying, "O 'Alqama!" Then I heard him saying (in reply to 'Uthman), "As you have said that, (I tell you that) the Prophet once said to us, 'O young people! Whoever among you is able to marry, should marry, and whoever is not able to marry, is recommended to fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power.



- ہم سے عمر بن حفص بن غیا ث نے بیا ن کیا کہا ہم سے والد نے کہا ہم سے ا عمش نے کہا مجھ سے ابرا ہیم نخعی نے انہو ں نے علقمہ بن قیس سے انہو ں نے کہا، میں عبد اللہ بن مسعودؓ کے سا تھ تھا حضرت عثما نؓ منیٰ میں ان سے ملے اور کہنے لگے ابو عبد الرحمٰن مجھ کو تم سے کچھ کہنا ہے پھر دو نو ں میں کچھ تخلیہ ہو ا حضرت عثما نؓ نے کہا ابو عبد الرحمٰن تم کو خو ا ہش ہے میں ا یک کنو ا ری چھو کر ی سے تمہا را نکا ح کر دو ں تم کو جو ا نی کا مزہ یا د آ جا ئے جب عبد اللہ نے د یکھا کہ حضرت عثما ن کا یہی مطلب تھا(اور کو ئی را ز کی با ت نہیں کہنا تھی )تو اشا رے سے مجھے بلا یا کہنے لگے علقمہ میں ان کے پا س گیا تو وہ حضرت عثما نؓ سے کہہ ر ہے تھے اگر تم یہ کہتے ہو کہ میں خو ا ہ مخو اہ نکا ح کر و ں تو نبی ﷺ نے تو ا یسا حکم نہیں د یا بلکہ یو ں فر ما یا جو ا نو !تم میں جو کو ئی جما ع پر قا در ہو تو نکا ح کر لے اور جو کو ئی جما ع پر قا در نہ ہو مگر شہو ت ہو تی ہو وہ روزے رکھے روزہ اس کو خصی بنا دے گا (اس کی شہوت توڑ دیگا)۔





AMAAL KA DARO MADAAR NIYYATH HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Amal ka daromadaar niyyath per hai aur har shaqhs ko wohi milta hai Jiski wo niyyath kare.

Narrated `Umar bin Al-Khattab:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The rewards (of deeds) are according to the intention, and everybody will get the reward for what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for Allah's and His Apostle's sake, his emigration was for Allah and His Apostle; and whoever emigrated for worldly benefits, or to marry a woman, then his emigration was for the thing for what he emigrated for."


ہم سے یحی بن قزعہ نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا ، ان سے یحی بن سعید نے ، ان سے محمدبن ابراہیم بن حارث نے ، ان سے علقمہ بن وقاص نے اور ان سے عمر بن الخطاب رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا عمل کا دار ومدار نیت پر ہے اور ہر شخص کو وہی ملتا ہے جس کی وہ نیت کرے اس لئے جس کی ہجرت اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی رضا حاصل کرنے کے لیے ہو ، اسے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی رضا حاصل ہو گی لیکن جس کی ہجرت دنیا حاصل کرنے کی نیت سے یا کسی عورت سے شادی کرنے کے اردہ سے ہو ، اس کی ہجرت اسی کے لئے ہے جس کے لئے اس نے ہجرت کی ۔





KHASI KARNA MANNA HAI:

Narrated By Ibn Masud : We used to fight in the holy battles in the company of the Prophet and we had no wives with us. So we said, "O Allah's Apostle! Shall we get castrated?" The Prophet forbade us to do so.



ہم سے محمد بن مثنیٰ نے بیا ن کیا کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعیدقطا ن نے کہا ہم سے اسما عیل بن ابی خا لد نے کہا مجھ سے قیس بن ابی حا زم نے انہو ں نے عبداللہ بن مسعودؓ سے انہو ں نے کہا ہم نبیﷺ کے سا تھ جہا د کیا کر تے تھے اور ہما رے پاس عور تیں نہ تھیں (جن سے اپنی خواہش پوری کرتے )ہم نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ہم خصیّ کیو ں نہ ہو جا ئیں (رات دن کا جھگڑا ہی مت جا ئے)آپ نے اس سے منع کیا ۔







AURATH SE NIKAH 4 BUNIYADOU PER KIYA JATA HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Aurath se nikaah 4buniyadou per kiya jata hai:
1. Maal ki wajha se.
2. Khandaani sharf ki bina per.
3. Khubsurti se.
4. Deendari ki wajha se.
Muhammed(ﷺ) Farmaay, Deendar Aurath se nikah karkay kamyaabi hasil karna warna Haatou ko mithi lagegi(yani nadamadgi, Afsoos).

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman is married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty and her religion. So you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be a losers.


ہم سے مسدد بن مسرہد نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے یحی بن سعید قطان نے ، ان سے عبیداللہ عموی نے ، کہ مجھ سے سعید بن ابی سعید نے ، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، عورت سے نکاح چار چیزوں کی بنیاد پر کیا جاتا ہے اس کے مال کی وجہ سے اور اس کے خاندانی شرف کی وجہ سے اور اس کی خوبصورتی کی وجہ سے اور اس کے دین کی وجہ سے اور تو دیندار عورت سے نکاح کر کے کامیابی حاصل کر ، اگر ایسا نہ کرے تو تیرے ہاتھوں کومٹی لگے گی ( یعنی اخیر میں تجھ کو ندامت ہو گی ) ۔






KISI KO USKI DOULATH YA GAREEBI SE NAHI PAHECHANA JASAKHTA HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') kay paas se ek maaldar Admi guzra aur kuch sahaba bhi the apkay saath toh Muhammed(ﷺ) puchay us maaldar shaqhs kay mutaliq toh Sahaba (R.A) arz kare Ya Rasool Allah agar kisi ko ye shaqhs Rishta bhejay toh Qubool kare, agar kisi ki sifarish kare toh iski sifarish Qubool ki jaye, kuch kahay toh gour se sunnay, Muhammed(ﷺ) Chup rahay, phir Ek Gareeb shaqhs guzra toh uskay mutaliq pucha toh Sahaba (R.A) arz kare Ya Rasool Allah ye Agar paigam bhejay toh Qubool na kare, na iski gawaahi qubool kare aur na inki koi baath sunnay, Is per Muhammed(ﷺ) Farmaay, Ye Shaqhs Akela phele Shaqhs ki tarha Duniya bhar se bahetar hai.


[SAHIH AL BUKHARI : 6: 5091; IBN MAJAH : 4120]


Narrated Sahl:
A man passed by Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and Allah s Apostle asked (his companions) "What do you say about this (man)?" They replied "If he asks for a lady's hand, he ought to be given her in marriage; and if he intercedes (for someone) his intercessor should be accepted; and if he speaks, he should be listened to." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) kept silent, and then a man from among the poor Muslims passed by, an Allah's Apostle asked (them) "What do you say about this man?" They replied, "If he asks for a lady's hand in marriage he does not deserve to be married, and he intercedes (for someone), his intercession should not be accepted; And if he speaks, he should not be listened to.' Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "This poor man is better than so many of the first as filling the earth.'



ہم سے ابراہیم بن حمزہ نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے عبد العزیز بن ابی حازم نے ، ان سے ان کے والد سلمہ بن دینار نے ، ان سے سہل بن سعد ساعدی نے بیان کیا کہ ایک صاحب ( جو مالدار تھے ) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے سے گزرے ۔ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے پاس موجود صحابہ سے پوچھا کہ یہ کیسا شخص ہے ؟ صحابہ نے عرض کیا کہ یہ اس لائق ہے کہ اگر یہ نکاح کا پیغام بھیجے تو اس سے نکاح کیا جائے ، اگر کسی کی سفارش کرے تو اس کی سفارش قبول کی جائے ، اگر کوئی بات کہے تو غور سے سنی جائے ۔ سہل نے بیان کیا کہ حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس پر چپ ہو رہے ۔ پھر ایک دوسرے صاحب گزرے ، جو مسلمانوں کے غریب اور محتاج لوگوں میں شمار کئے جاتے تھے ۔ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت فرمایا کہ اس کے متعلق تمہارا کیا خیال ہے ؟ صحابہ نے عرض کیا کہ یہ اس قابل ہے کہ اگر کسی کے یہاں نکاح کا پیغام بھیجے تو اس سے نکاح نہ کیا جائے اگر کسی کی سفارش کرے تو اس کی سفارش قبول نہ کی جائے ، اگر کوئی بات کہے تو اس کی بات نہ سنی جائے ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر فرمایا ، یہ شخص اکیلا پہلے شخص کی طرح دنیا بھر سے بہتر ہے ۔





NAHUSATI CHEEZIEN:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Nahusath Aurath mein hoti hai, ghar mein, Ghoday mein hosakhti hai.
(Bad Aqlaaq Aurath nahusath kitkit ghar mein).

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Evil omen is in the women, the house and the horse.'


ہم سے اسماعیل بن ابی اویس نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ مجھ سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابن شہاب نے ، ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے صاحبزادے حمزہ اور سالم نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا نحوست عورت میں ، گھر میں اور گھوڑے میں ہو سکتی ہے ۔ ( نحوست بے برکتی اگر ہو تو ان میں ہو سکتی ہے ۔ )





AURATOU KAY FITNAOU SE BACHOU:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, mere badh mardou kay liye Auratou kay fitnou se badhkar nuqsaan denay wala aur koi Fitna nahi chodha hai.

Narrated Usama bin Zaid:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "After me I have not left any trial more severe to men than women."


ہم سے آدم نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا ، ان سے سلیمان تیمی نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے ابوعثمان نہدی سے سنا اور انہوں نے اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کیا کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا میں نے اپنے بعد مردوںکے لئے عورتوں کے فتنہ سے بڑھ کر نقصان دینے والا اور کوئی فتنہ نہیں چھوڑاہے





BIWI KI MOUJUDGI MEIN USKI BAHEN SE NIKAAH JAYEZ NAHI:


Ek dafa Um Habiba (R.A) ne Mohammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') se Arz kiya ke Ya Rasool Allah! Meri behan se Nikah karlijiye, Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya kya tum Apni behan ko Apni Saukan banana pasand karogi? Unho ne kaha mai toh pasand karti hoon, haan agar mai akeli hoti toh pasand na karti, Agar meri behan mere saath bhalai me sharik ho toh mai kyun nakarna chahungi. Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya woh Mere liye Halal nahi hai. Biwi ki behan se Nikah jayaz nahi.

Narrated Um Habiba:
(daughter of Abu Sufyan) I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Marry my sister. the daughter of Abu Sufyan." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do you like that?" I replied, "Yes, for even now I am not your only wife and I like that my sister should share the good with me." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "But that is not lawful for me." I said, We have heard that you want to marry the daughter of Abu Salama." He said, "(You mean) the daughter of Um Salama?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Even if she were not my step-daughter, she would be unlawful for me to marry as she is my foster niece. I and Abu Salama were suckled by Thuwaiba. So you should not present to me your daughters or your sisters (in marriage)." Narrated 'Urwa: Thuwaiba was the freed slave girl of Abu Lahb whom he had manumitted, and then she suckled the Prophet. When Abu Lahb died, one of his relatives saw him in a dream in a very bad state and asked him, "What have you encountered?" Abu Lahb said, "I have not found any rest since I left you, except that I have been given water to drink in this (the space between his thumb and other fingers) and that is because of my manumitting Thuwaiba."



- ہم سے حکم بن نافع نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی ، ان سے زہری نے بیان کیا ، انہیں عروہ بن زبیر نے خبر دی ، انہیں زینب بنت ابی سلمہ نے خبر دی اور انہیں ام المؤمنین ام حبیبہ بنت ابی سفیان نے خبر دی کہ انہوں نے عرض کیا کہ یا رسول اللہ ! میری بہن ( ابوسفیان کی لڑکی ) سے نکاح کر لیجئے ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کیا تم اسے پسند کروگی ( کہ تمہاری سوکن بہن بنے ؟ ) میں نے عرض کیا ہاں میں توپسند کرتی ہوں اگر میں اکیلی آپ کی بیوی ہوتی تو پسند نہ کرتی ۔ پھر میری بہن اگر میرے ساتھ بھلائی میں شریک ہو تو میں کیونکر نہ چاہوںگی ( غیروں سے تو بہن ہی اچھی ہے ) آپ نے فرمایا وہ میرے لئے حلال نہیں ہے ۔ حضرت ام حبیبہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا یا رسول اللہ ! لوگ کہتے ہیں آپ ابوسلمہ کی بیٹی سے جو ام سلمہ کے پیٹ سے ہے ، نکاح کرنے والے ہیں ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اگر وہ میری ربیبہ اور میری پرورش میں نہ ہوتی ( یعنی میری بیوی کی بیٹی نہ ہوتی ) جب بھی میرے لئے حلال نہ ہوتی ، وہ دوسرے رشتے سے میری دودھ بھتیجی ہے ، مجھ کواور ابوسلمہ کے باپ کو دونوںکو ثوبیہ نے دودھ پلایا ہے ۔ دیکھو ، ایسا مت کرو اپنی بیٹیوں اور بہنوں کو مجھ سے نکاح کرنے کے لئے نہ کہو ۔ حضرت عروہ راوی نے کہا ثوبیہ ابولہب کی لونڈی تھی ۔ ابولہب نے اس کوآزاد کر دیا تھا ۔ ( جب اس نے آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پیدا ہونے کی خبر ابولہب کو دی تھی ) پھر اس نے آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دودھ پلایا تھا جب ابولہب مر گیا تو اس کے کسی عزیز نے مرنے کے بعد اس کو خواب میں برے حال میں دیکھا تو پوچھا کیا حال ہے کیا گزری ؟ وہ کہنے لگا جب سے میں تم سے جدا ہوا ہوں کبھی آرام نہیں ملا مگر ایک ذراسا پانی ( پیر کے دن مل جاتا ہے ) ابولہب نے اس گڑھے کی طرف اشارہ کیا جو انگوٹھے اور کلمہ کے انگلی کے بیچ میں ہوتا ہے یہ بھی اس وجہ سے کہ میں نے ثوبیہ کو آزاد کر دیا تھا ۔







BIWI KI BAHEN YA MAA SE SHOHAR ZINA KIYA TOH USPER BIWI HARAAM NA HOGI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Agar koi shaqhs Apni Saali se zina kare toh usper uski biwi haram na hogi, Saas se zina kiya toh tab bhi biwi Haraam na hogi.

Ibn 'Abbas further said, "Seven types of marriages are unlawful because of blood relations, and seven because of marriage relations." Then Ibn 'Abbas recited the Verse:
"Forbidden for you (for marriages) are your mothers..." (4:23). 'Abdullah bin Ja'far married the daughter and wife of 'Ali at the same time (they were step-daughter and mother). Ibn Sirin said, "There is no harm in that." But Al-Hasan Al-Basri disapproved of it at first, but then said that there was no harm in it. Al-Hasan bin Al-Hasan bin 'Ali married two of his cousins in one night. Ja'far bin Zaid disapproved of that because of it would bring hatred (between the two cousins), but it is not unlawful, as Allah said, "Lawful to you are all others [beyond those (mentioned)]. (4:24). Ibn 'Abbas said: "If somebody commits illegal sexual intercourse with his wife's sister, his wife does not become unlawful for him." And narrated Abu Ja'far, "If a person commits homosexuality with a boy, then the mother of that boy is unlawful for him to marry." Narrated Ibn 'Abbas, "If one commits illegal sexual intercourse with his mother in law, then his married relation to his wife does not become unlawful." Abu Nasr reported to have said that Ibn 'Abbas in the above case, regarded his marital relation to his wife unlawful, but Abu Nasr is not known well for hearing Hadith from Ibn 'Abbas. Imran bin Hussain, Jabir b. Zaid, Al-Hasan and some other Iraqi's, are reported to have judged that his marital relations to his wife would be unlawful. In the above case Abu Hurairah said, "The marital relation to one's wife does not become unlawful except if one as had sexual intercourse (with her mother)." Ibn Al-Musaiyab, 'Urwa, and Az-Zuhri allows such person to keep his wife. 'Ali said, "His marital relations to his wife does not become unlawful."



اور امام احمد بن حنبل نے مجھ سے کہا کہ ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے سفیا ن ثوری سے ، کہا مجھ سے حبیب بن ابی ثابت نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے سعید بن جبیر سے ، انہوں نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے ، انہوں نے کہا خون کی روسے تم پر سات رشتے حرام ہیں اور شادی کی وجہ سے ( یعنی سسرال کی طرف سے ) سات رشتے بھی ۔ انہوں نے یہ آیت پڑھی ۔ حرمت علیکم امہاتکم آخر تک اور عبداللہ بن جعفر بن ابی طالب نے علی رضی اللہ عنہ کی صاحبزادی زینب اور علی کی بی بی ( لیلٰی بنت مسعود ) دونوں سے نکاح کیا ، ان کو جمع کیا اور ابن سیرین نے کہا اس میں کوئی قباحت نہیں ہے اور امام حسن بصری نے ایک بار تو اسے مکروہ کہا پھر کہنے لگے اس میں کوئی قباحت نہیں ہے اور حسن بن حسن بن علی بن ابی طالب نے اپنے دونوں چاچاؤں ( یعنی محمد بن علی اور عمرو بن علی ) کی بیٹیوں کو ایک ساتھ میں نکاح میں لے لیا اور جابر بن زید تابعی نے اس کو مکروہ جانا ، اس خیال سے کہ بہنوںمیں جلا پانہ پیدا ہو مگر یہ کچھ حرام نہیں ہے کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا کہ ان کے سوا اور سب عورتیں تم کو حلال ہیں اور عکرمہ نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہماسے روایت کیا اگر کسی نے اپنی سالی سے زنا کیا تو اس کی بیوی ( سالی کی بہن ) اس پر حرام نہ ہو گی اور یحییٰ بن قیس کندی سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے شعبی اور جعفر سے ، دونوں نے کہا اگر کوئی شخص لواطت کرے اور کسی لونڈے کے دخول کر دے تو اب اس کی ماں سے نکاح نہ کرے اور یحییٰ راوی مشہور شخص نہیں ہے اور نہ کسی اور نے اس کے ساتھ ہو کر یہ روایت کی ہے اور عکرمہ نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کی کہ اگر کسی نے اپنی ساس سے زنا کیا تو اس کی بیوی اس پر حرام نہ ہو گی اور ابو نصر نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کی کہ حرام ہو جائے گی اور اس راوی ابو نصر کا حال معلوم نہیں ۔ اس نے ابن عباس سے سنا ہے یا نہیں ( لیکن ابوزرعہ نے اسے ثقہ کہا ہے ) اور عمر ان بن حصین اور جابر بن زید اور حسن بصری اور بعض عراق والوں ( امام ثوری اوراما م ابوحنیفہ رحمہ اللہ ) کا یہی قول ہے کہ حرام ہو جائے گی اور ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا حرام نہ ہو گی جب تک اس کی ماں ( اپنی خوشدامن ) کو زمین سے نہ لگا دے ( یعنی اس سے جماع نہ کرے ) اور سعید بن مسیب اور عروہ اور زہری نے اس کے متعلق کہا ہے کہ اگر کوئی ساس سے زنا کرے تب بھی اس کی بیٹی یعنی زنا کرنیوالے کی بیوی اس پر حرام نہ ہو گی ( اس کو رکھ سکتا ہے اور زہری نے کہا علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا اس کی جورو اس پر حرام نہ ہو گی اور یہ روایت منقطع ہے ۔





BIWI KI BHATIJI YA BHANJI SE NIKAAH HARAAM HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jiski Phuppu ya Khala Pehle se Nikaah mein ho toh uski Bhanji ya Bhatiji se Nikaah haraam hai.

Narrated Jabir:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade that a woman should be married to man along with her paternal or maternal aunt.



ہم سے عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم کو عبداللہ نے خبر دی ، کہا ہم کو عاصم نے خبر دی ، انہیں شعبی نے اور انہوں نے حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، انہوں نے بیان کیاکہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کسی ایسی عورت سے نکاح کرنے سے منع کیا تھا جس کی پھوپھی یا خالہ اس کے نکاح میں ہو ۔ اور داؤ د بن عون نے شعبی سے بیان کیا اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے ۔







AURATH KHUD KAY NIKAAH KAY LIYE RISHTA PUCHSAKHTI HAI MARD KO:


Anas (R.A) aur unki beti the Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') kay paas Ek Aurath ae aur arz kari kya Apko meri zarurath hai, usper Anas (R.A)ki beti kahay Kiya besharam Aurath hai ye Apnay apko paish karti hai, Toh Anas(R.A) arz kare wo tumse behtar hai kay wo Muhammed(ﷺ) ki tarf raghbath rakhti hai, isiliye unhu ne apnay apko Muhammed(ﷺ) kay liye paish kiya (Shaadi ke liye).

Narrated Thabit Al-Banani:
I was with Anas while his daughter was present with him. Anas said, "A woman came to Allah's Apostle and presented herself to him, saying, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), have you any need for me (i.e. would you like to marry me)?' "Thereupon Anas's daughter said, "What a shameless lady she was ! Shame! Shame!" Anas said, "She was better than you; she had a liking for the Prophet (ﷺ) so she presented herself for marriage to him."



- ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ مدینی نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے مرحوم بن عبدالعزیز بصریٰ نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ میں نے ثابت بنانی سے سنا ، انہوں نے بیان کیاکہ میں حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس تھا اور ان کے پاس ان کی بیٹی بھی تھیں ۔ حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ایک خاتون رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں اپنے آپ کو آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لئے پیش کرنے کی غرض سے حاضر ہوئیں اور عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ! کیا آپ کو میری ضرورت ہے ؟ اس پر حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ کی بیٹی بولیں کہ وہ کیسی بےحیاء عورت تھی ۔ ہائے بے شرمی ! ہائے بے شرمی ! حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان سے کہا وہ تم سے بہتر تھیں ، ان کو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرف رغبت تھی ، اس لئے انہوں نے اپنے آپ کو آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لئے پیش کیا ۔






WAQT KA HAKEEM WAALI BANKAY LADKI KA NIKAAH KARASAKHTA HAI:
MAHER KO AASAAN BANOU LOHAY KI ANGHOTI HI SAHIH:
QURAN KI SURTIEN YADH HO TO USSAY MAHER THAIRAYA JASAKHTA HAI:



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Kay paas Ek Aurath ae Aur arz kari Ya Rasool Allah mein Apnay apko apko Habba karti hoon, Muhammed(ﷺ) koi jawab nahi diye khamoosh rahay wo Aurath wahin khadi rahi utnay mein Ek Sahabi kahay Ya Rasool Allah agar apko is Aurath ki zarurath nahi toh mera Nikaah inse Karwadijiye, Muhammed(ﷺ) Dariyafth farmaay, kiya tumhare paas Maher mein dene kay liye unhay koi cheez hai? Usne kaha kay mere paas is taheband kay siva koi aur cheez nahi hai, toh Muhammed(ﷺ) Farmaay, kay agar tum ye taheband dedogay ussay toh tumhare paas pahennay kay liye taheband bhi nahi rahega, kuch aur cheez talaash karo, ek lohay ki Anghoti hi sahih ussay wo bhi nahi mili toh Muhammed(ﷺ) Dariyafth Farmaay, kiya tumhare paas kuch Quran-e-majeed hai(yani Hifz surah) unhu ne arz kiya kay ji haan Fulah fulah surtien hai, un Surtou ka unho ne naam liya, toh Muhammed(ﷺ) Farmaay, kay phir Hum ne tumhara nikaah us Aurath se in Surtou kay badlay mein kiya jo tujhe yadh hai.

Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d:
A woman came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and said, "I present myself (to you) (for marriage). She stayed for a long while, then a man said, "If you are not in need of her then marry her to me." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Have you got anything m order to pay her Mahr?" He said, "I have nothing with me except my Izar (waist sheet)." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If you give her your Izar, you will have no Izar to wear, (so go) and search for something. He said, "I could not find anything." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Try (to find something), even if it were an iron ring But he was not able to find (even that) The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to him). "Do you memorize something of the Qur'an?" "Yes. ' he said, "such Sura and such Sura," naming those Suras The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "We have married her to you for what you know of the Qur'an (by heart).



ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف تنیسی نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے خبر دی ، انہیں ابوحازم مسلم بن دینار نے اور ان سے سہل بن سعد ساعدی رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیاکہ ایک عورت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئی اور کہا کہ میں اپنے آپ کو آپ کے لئے ہبہ کرتی ہوں ۔ پھر وہ دیر تک کھڑی رہی ۔ اتنے میں ایک مرد نے کہا کہ اگر آنحضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اس کی ضرورت نہ ہو تو اس کا نکاح مجھ سے فرما دیں ۔ آپ نے دریافت فرمایا کہ تمہارے پاس انہیں مہر میں دینے کے لئے کوئی چیز ہے ؟ اس نے کہا کہ میرے پاس اس تہمد کے سوا اور کچھ نہیں ۔ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اگر تم اپنا یہ تہمد اس کو دے دوگے تو تمہارے پاس پہننے کے لئے تہمد بھی نہیں رہے گا ۔ کوئی اور چیز تلاش کر لو ۔ اس مرد نے کہا کہ میرے پاس کچھ بھی نہیں ۔ آپ نے فرمایا کہ کچھ تو تلاش کرو ، ایک لوہے کی انگوٹھی ہی سہی ! اسے وہ بھی نہیں ملی تو آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت فرمایا ۔ کیا تمہارے پاس کچھ قرآن مجید ہے ؟ انہوں نے عرض کیا کہ جی ہاں ! فلاں فلاں سورتیں ہیں ، ان سورتوں کا انہوں نے نام لیا ۔ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ پھر ہم نے تیرا نکاح اس عورت سے ان سورتوں کے کے بدلے کیا جو تم کو یاد ہیں ۔






KUMSEENI MEIN BHI LADKI KA NIKAAH KARNA JAYEZ HAI:


Jab Ayesha (R.A) ka Nikaah Muhammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') se hua toh us waqt Ayesha (R.A) ki umar 6 saal thi aur Jabh unse sohabath ki toh us waqt unki Umar 9 saal ki thi aur 9 saal tak Aap (ﷺ) kay paas rahi aap.

Narrated `Aisha:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).


- ہم سے محمد بن یوسف بیکندی نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے ، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جب ان کا نکاح کیا تو ان کی عمر چھ سال تھی اور جب ان سے صحبت کی تو اس وقت ان کی عمر نو برس کی تھی اور وہ نو برس آپ کے پاس رہیں ۔





NIKAAH KAY LIYE AURATH KI RAZA MANDI ZAROORI LIEN:


Muhammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Baiwa Aurath ka Nikaah us waqt takh na kiya jaey jabh takh uski ijazath na li jaey aur kuwari ladki ka nikaah us waqt takh na kiya jaey jabh takh uski ijazath na miljaey, Sahaba (R.A) ne kaha Ya Rasool Allah kuwari Aurath Azan kaise degi (yani ijazath) Muhammed(ﷺ) Farmaay, kay uski Surath ye hai kay wo khamoosh rahay jaey, ye khamooshi uski Azan samjhi jaey.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A matron should not be given in marriage except after consulting her; and a virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission." The people asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! How can we know her permission?" He said, "Her silence (indicates her permission).


ہم سے معاذ بن فضالہ نے
بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے ہشام دستوائی نے ، ان سے یحییٰ بن ابی بشیر نے ، ان سے ابوسلمہ نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا بیوہ عورت کا نکاح اس وقت تک نہ کیا جائے جب تک اس کی اجاز ت نہ لی جائے اور کنواری عورت کا نکاح اس وقت تک نہ کیا جائے جب تک اس کی اجازت نہ مل جائے ۔ صحابہ نے کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ ! کنواری عورت اذن کیونکر دے گی ۔ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اس کی صور ت یہ ہے کہ وہ خاموش رہ جائے ۔ یہ خاموشی اس کا اذن سمجھی جائے گی





LADKI KA NIKAAH USKI RAZA KAY KHILAF KARNA WALID KAY LIYE BHI JAYEZ NAHI:


Khansa (R.A) ka Nikah unkay walid ne karwadiya tha aur wo saiba thi, aur ye nikah Khansa (R.A) ko manzoor na tha, isliye Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ki kidmath mein hazir huay , Muhammed(ﷺ) ne us nikaah ko Fasiq kardiya.
(Khatam karwadiya na Talaaq hui na Qula kyun kay wo Nikah hi na hua jisme Ladki ki raza mandi na ho).

Narrated Khansa bint Khidam Al-Ansariya:
that her father gave her in marriage when she was a matron and she disliked that marriage. So she went to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and he declared that marriage invalid.


ہم سے اسماعیل بن ابی اویس نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ مجھ سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا ، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن بن قاسم نے ، ان سے ان کے والد نے ، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن اورمجمع نے جو دونوںیزید بن حارثہ کے بیٹے ہیں ، ان سے خنساء بنت خذام انصاریہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ ان کے والد نے ان کا نکاح کر دیا تھا ، وہ ثیبہ تھیں ، انہیں یہ نکاح منظور نہیں تھا ، اس لئے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئیں ، آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس نکاح کو فسخ کر دیا ۔





BADGUMAANI MATH KARO, RAAZ NA TALAASH KARO, AUR NA KAN LAGAKAR LOGOU KI BATIEN SUNO:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Bad Gumaani na karo ye subse jhooti baath hai aur logou kay Raaz na jannay ki koshish karo aur na logou ki batien kan lagakar suno.


[SAHIH AL BUKHARI : 6: 5143; SAHIH MUSLIM : 6214; ABU DAWUD : 4892]


Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Beware of suspicion (about others), as suspicion is the falsest talk, and do not spy upon each other, and do not listen to the evil talk of the people about others' affairs, and do not have enmity with one another, but be brothers. And none should ask for the hand of a girl who is already engaged to his (Muslim) brother, but one should wait till the first suitor marries her or leaves her."


ہم سے یحی بن بکیر نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے لیس بن سعد نے بیان کیا ، ان سے جعفر بن ربیعہ ، ان سے اعرج نے بیان کیا اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ نے بیان کیا وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ بدگمانی سے بچتے رہو کیونکہ بدگمانی سب سے جھوٹی بات ہے ( اور لوگوں کے رازوں کی ) کھود کرید نہ کیا کرو اور نہ ( لوگوں کی نجی گفتگووں کو ) کان لگا کر سنو ، آپس میں دشمنی نہ پیدا کرو بلکہ بھائی بھائی بن کر رہو ، اور کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کے پیغام پر پیغام نہ بھیجے یہاں تک کہ وہ نکاح کرے یا چھوڑدے ۔





KISI KAY NIKAH KAY PAIGHAM PER APNA PAIGHAM NAA BHEJO:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Kisi Musalmaan Bhai ne nikaah ka paigam bheja toh usper tum paigham na bhejo Jabh takh wo Mangni (Engagement) ya Rishta tuth na jaey.

Narrated Ibn `Umar:
The Prophet (ﷺ) decreed that one should not try to cancel a bargain already agreed upon between some other persons (by offering a bigger price). And a man should not ask for the hand of a girl who is already engaged to his Muslim brother, unless the first suitor gives her up, or allows him to ask for her hand.


ہم سے مکی بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے جریج نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ میں نے نافع سے سنا ، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے تھے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ ہم کسی کے بھاو پر بھاو لگائیں اور کسی شخص کو اپنے کسی ( دینی ) بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر پیغام بھیجیں یہاں تک کہ پیغام بھیجنے والا اپنا ارادہ بدل دے یا اسے پیغام نکاح بھیجنے کی اجازت دے د ے تو جائز ہے ۔





NIKAAH KI SHARTIEN PORI KARNA ZAROORI HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Tamaam shartou mein wo shartien pori karna subse ziyada layeq hai Jinkay zariye tumne Sharmgaahou ko halaal kiya hai yani Nikaah mein jo shartien lagaey usay pora karna zaroori hai.

Narrated `Uqba:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The stipulations most entitled to be abided by are those with which you are given the right to enjoy the (women's) private parts (i.e. the stipulations of the marriage contract).



ہم سے ابو الولید ہشام بن عبدالملک نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا ، ان سے یزید بن ابی حبیب نے ، ان سے ابو الخیر اور ان سے حضرت عقبہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تمام شرطوں میں وہ شرطیں سب سے زیادہ پوری کی جانے کے لائق ہیں جن کے ذریعہ تم نے شرمگاہوں کو حلال کیا ہے ۔ یعنی نکاح کی شرطیں ضرور پوری کرنی ہو گی ۔





NIKAAH KE LIYE NAJAYEZ SHARTA LAGANA HARAAM HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, koi Aurath Nikah ke liye Aisi Shart na lagae kay wo apni soukan ko chudanay takay Uskay hessay ka piyala bhi khud undelay, kyun kay usay wohi milega jo uskay muqaddar mein hoga.
Ye kay pheli biwi ko chodho toh mein tumse nikaah karongi.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "It is not lawful for a woman (at the time of wedding) to ask for the divorce of her sister (i.e. the other wife of her would-be husband) in order to have everything for herself, for she will take only what has been written for her."


ہم سے عبیداللہ بن موسیٰ نے بیان کیا ، کہا ان سے زکریا نے جو ابو زائدہ کے صاحبزادے ہیں ، ان سے سعد بن ابراہیم نے ، ان سے ابوسلمہ نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کسی عورت کے لئے جائز نہیں کہ اپنی کسی ( سوکن ) بہن کی طلاق کی شرط اس لئے لگائے تاکہ اس کے حصہ کا پیالہ بھی خود انڈیل لے کیونکہ اسے وہی ملے گا جو اس کے مقدر میں ہو گا ۔






SHOHAR AUR BIWI HUMBISTARI KARTAY WAQT YE DUA PADHAY:



Muhammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, jo koi tumme se apni biwi kay paas ye Dua padhkar jaey Allah kay naam kay saath "Ae Allah! Humein shaitaan se bachalien aur shaitaan se dur kardien jo tu mujhe ata farmaay (agar is sohbath kay natijay mein) oulad paida hui toh shaitaan ussay kabhi nuqsaan nahi pohancha sakhega.


DUA : "Bismillah, Allahumma jannibna-sh-shaitan, wa jannibi-sh-shaitan ma razaqtana"

DUA: َ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا‏.‏


Narrated By Ibn 'Abbas : The Prophet said, "If anyone of you on having sexual relations with his wife said (and he must say it before starting) 'In the name of Allah. O Allah! Protect us from Satan and also protect what you bestow upon us (i.e. the coming offspring) from Satan, and if it is destined that they should have a child then, Satan will never be able to harm that offspring."


حضرت ابنِ عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا:اگر تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنی بیوی کے پاس یہ دعاء پڑھ کر جائے اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ اے اللہ! ہمیں شیطان سے بچالے اور شیطان کو اس سے دور رکھ جو تو ہمیں عطاء فرمائے، اگر (اس تعلق کے نتیجے میں) اولاد پیدا ہوئی تو شیطان اسے کبھی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکے گا۔







WALIMA KI DAWATH QUBOOL KARNA ZAROORI HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Kay jabh tum me se kisi ko walima ki Dawath di jaey toh ussay ana chaheye, maloom hua kay Dawath-e-walima ka qubool karna zaroori hai.

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If anyone of you is invited to a wedding banquet, he must go for it (accept the invitation)."



ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے مالک نے خبر دی ، انہیں حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کسی کو دعوت ولیمہ پر بلایا جائے تو اسے آنا چاہئے ۔ معلوم ہوا کہ دعوت ولیمہ کاقبول کرنا ضروری ہے ۔





QAIDI KO CHUDAOU, VALIMA KI DAWATH QUBOOL KARO, AUR BEMAR KI IYADATH KARO:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Qaidi ko chudaou, Dawath denay walay ki dawath Qubool karo aur bemar ki Iyadath karo.

Narrated Abu Musa:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Set the captives free, accept the invitation (to a wedding banquet), and visit the patients."



ہم سے مسدد بن مسرہد نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن کثیر نے یبان کیا ، ان سے سفیان ثوری نے ، کہا کہ مجھ سے منصور نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابووائل نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا قیدی کو چھڑاؤ ، دعوت کرنے والے کی دعوت قبول کرو اور بیمارکی عیادت کرو ۔





NABI (ﷺ) NE 7 CHEEZOU KA HUKUM DIYA AUR 7 CHEEZOU SE MANA FARMAYA :


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ne 7 cheezou ka hukoom diye aur 7cheeezou se Manaa farmaaya tha:
1. Mareez ki Iyadath karna.
2. Janazay kay pechay chalna.
3. Cheenk ne waly ka jawaab dena (Yarhamukallah - Allah tumper reham kare).
4. Salaam ka jawaab dena.
5. Mazloom ki madad karna.
6. Dawath karne walay ki dawaath Qubool karna.
7. Aur Kasam pori karna.

Mohammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ne humey in cheezou ke istemal se mana farmaya :

1. Sone ki Anghoti Pehannay
2. Chandi ke Bartan istemal karne.
3. Reshami Gadday
4. Qasiyya (Reshmi Kapda)
5. Istibraq (Mote Resham ka Kapda)
6. Dibaj (Ek Reshmi Kapda)

Narrated Al-Bara' bin `Azib:
The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered us to do seven (things) and forbade us from seven. He ordered us to visit the patients, to follow the funeral procession, to reply to the sneezer (i.e., say to him, 'Yarhamuka-l-lah (May Allah bestow His Mercy upon you), if he says 'Al-hamduli l-lah' (Praise be to Allah), to help others to fulfill their oaths, to help the oppressed, to greet (whomever one should meet), and to accept the invitation (to a wedding banquet). He forbade us to wear golden rings, to use silver utensils, to use Maiyathir (cushions of silk stuffed with cotton and placed under the rider on the saddle), the Qasiyya (linen clothes containing silk brought from an Egyptian town), the Istibraq (thick silk) and the Dibaj (another kind of silk). (See Hadith No. 539 and 753).


ہم سے حسن بن ربیع نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے ابوالاحوص ( سلام بن سلیم ) نے بیان کیا ، ان سے اشعث بن ابی الشعثاء نے ، ان سے معاویہ بن سوید نے کہ براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں سات کا موں کا حکم دیا اور سات کامو ں سے منع فرمایا ۔ ہمیں آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیمارکی عیادت ، جنازہ کے پیچھے چلنے ، چھینکنے والے کے جواب دینے ( یرحمک اللہ یعنی اللہ تم پر رحم کرے ، کہنا ) قسم کو پورا کرنے ، مظلوم کی مدد کرنے ، سب کو سلام کرنے اور دعوت کرنے والے کی دعوت قبول کرنے کاحکم دیا تھا اور ہمیں آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سونے کی انگوٹھی پہننے ، چاندی کے برتن استعمال کرنے ، ریشمی گدے ، قسیہ ( ریشمی کپڑا ) استبرق ( موٹے ریشم کا کپڑا ) اور دیباج ( ایک ریشمی کپڑا ) کے استعمال سے منع فرمایا تھا ۔ ابو عوانہ اور شیبانی نے اشعث کی روایت سے لفظ افشاء السلام میں ابوالاحوص کی متابعت کی ہے ۔





VALIMA KI DAWATH KAY ADAB AUR EHEMIYATH:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay,Valima ka wo badtareen khana hai Jo maal darou ko bulaya jaye aur mohtajou ko nahi aur jisne Valima ki dawath Qubool nahi ki usne Allah aur uskay rasool ki nafarmaani ki.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The worst food is that of a wedding banquet to which only the rich are invited while the poor are not invited. And he who refuses an invitation (to a banquet) disobeys Allah and His Apostle .



ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے خبر دی ، انہیں ابن شہاب نے ، انہیں اعرج نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ولیمہ کا وہ کھا نا بدترین کھا نا ہے جس میں صرف مالداروں کو اس کی طرف دعوت دی جائے اور محتاجوں کو نہ کھلایا جائے اور جس نے ولیمہ کی دعوت قبول کرنے سے انکار کیا اس نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی ۔







TOHFA QUBOOL KARE:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Agar mujhe Bakri kay kheeri ki dawath di jaey to tab bhi mai qubool karunga aur Agar mujhe wo kheeri bhi hadiya mein di jae toh ussay Qubool karunga.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If I am invited to a meal of trotters I will accept it; and if I am given a trotter as a present I will accept it."



ہم سے عبدان نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابوحمزہ نے ، ا ن سے اعمش نے ، ان سے ابوحازم نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اگر مجھے بکری کے کھر کی دعوت دی جائے تو میں اسے بھی قبول کروں گا اور اگر مجھے وہ کھر بھی ہدیہ میں دیئے جائیں تو میں اسے قبول کروں گا ۔







AURATH KI MISAL TEDI PASLI KI SI HAI:


Muhammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Aurath ki misal pasli ki hai, ussay sidha karna chahogay toh todh logay, aur agar ussay faida hai karna chaho toh usi ki ted kay saath faida hasil karogay.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The woman is like a rib; if you try to straighten her, she will break. So if you want to get benefit from her, do so while she still has some crookedness."



ہم سے عبد العزیز بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا ، کہ ہم سے حضرت امام مالک نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابوالزناد نے ، ان سے اعرج نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا عورت مثل پسلی کے ہے ، اگر تم اسے سیدھا کرنا چاہو گے تو توڑ دوگے اور اگر اس سے فائدہ حاصل کرنا چاہو گے تو اس کی ٹیڑھ کے ساتھ ہی فائدہ حاصل کرو گے ۔







PADOSI KI EHEMIYATH:



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jo Shaqhs Allah aur Qayamath kay din per Imaan rakhta ho toh wo Apnay padosi ko taklif na pohanchaey.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not hurt (trouble) his neighbor. And I advise you to take care of the women, for they are created from a rib and the most crooked portion of the rib is its upper part; if you try to straighten it, it will break, and if you leave it, it will remain crooked, so I urge you to take care of the women."



ہم سے اسحٰق بن نصر نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے حسین جعفی نے بیان کیا ، ان سے زائدہ نے ، ان سے میسرہ نے ان سے ابو الحازم نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو شخص اللہ اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتا ہو وہ اپنے پڑوسی کو تکلیف نہ پہنچائے اور میں تمہیں ۔ عورتوں کے بارے میں بھلائی کی وصیت کرتا ہوں کیونکہ وہ پسلی سے پیدا کی گئی ہیں اور پسلی میں بھی سب سے زیادہ ٹیڑھا اس کے اوپر کا حصہ ہے ۔ اگر تم اسے سیدھا کرنا چاہو گے تو اسے توڑ ڈالو گے اور اگر اسے چھوڑ دوگے تو وہ ٹیڑھی ہی باقی رہ جائےگی اس لئے میں تمہیں عورتوں کے بارے میں اچھے سلوک کی وصیت کرتا ہوں




 

BIWI KAY SAATH ACHA SALUK KAREIN :



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Biwi kay saath acha saluk karnay ki wasiyath farmaay.

Narrated Ibn `Umar:
During the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) we used to avoid chatting leisurely and freely with our wives lest some Divine inspiration might be revealed concerning us. But when the Prophet (ﷺ) had died, we started chatting leisurely and freely (with them).



ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا ، ان سے عبداللہ بن دینار نے اور ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے وقت میں ہم اپنی بیویوں کے ساتھ گفتگو اور بہت زیادہ بے تکلفی سے اس ڈر کی وجہ سے پرہیز کرتے تھے کہ کہیں کوئی بے اعتدالی ہو جائے اور ہماری برائی میں کوئی حکم نازل نہ ہو جائے پھر جب آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی وفات ہو گئی تو ہم نے ان سے خوب کھل کے گفتگو کی اور خوب بے تکلفی کرنے لگے ۔







HAR EK SE APNE APNE FARAEZ KI PUCH HOGI:



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Har Shaqhs ek tarha ka Hakim hai Badshah, Aur har ek se is ki Raiyath ke bare mein sawal hoga, pus Imaam hakim hai isse sawal hoga, Har shaqhs Apnay ghar ka hakim hai ussay uskay baray mein suwaal hoga, Aurath apne Shohar kay Ghar ki hakim hai ussay uski raiyath kay baray mein puch hogi, Qadim apne aaqa kay maal ka hakim hai ussay uskay raiyath kay baray mein suwaal hoga, Mard apne walid kay maal kay baray mein suwaal hoga.

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Everyone of you is a guardian and everyone of you is responsible (for his wards). A ruler is a guardian and is responsible(for his subjects); a man is a guardian of his family and responsible (for them); a wife is a guardian of her husband's house and she is responsible (for it), a slave is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible (for that). Beware! All of you are guardians and are responsible (for your wards).



ہم سے ابوالنعمان نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے حماد بن زید نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ایوب نے ، ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہمانے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تم میں سے ہر ایک حاکم ہے اور ہر ایک سے ( اس کی رعیت کے بارے میں ) سوال ہو گا ۔ پس امام حاکم ہے اس سے سوال ہو گا ۔ مرد اپنی بیوی بچوں کا حاکم ہے اور اس سے سوال ہو گا ۔ عورت اپنے شوہر کے مال کا حاکم ہے اور اس سے سوال ہو گا ۔ غلام اپنے سردار کے مال کا حاکم ہے اور اس سے سوال ہو گا ہاں پس تم میں سے ہر ایک حاکم ہے اور ہر ایک سے سوال ہو گا ۔







SHOHAR KO BISTAR MEIN NARAAZ KARNAY WALI AURATH PER FARISHTAY LANATH KARTE HAI:



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jabh Shohar Apni biwi ko Apnay bistar per bulaey aur wo anay se (Narazgi kay wajhese bina koi sharaey uzar kay) inkaar kardien toh farishtay usper lanath bhejtay hai jabh takh wo is harkath se baaz na ajaey.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If a man Invites his wife to sleep with him and she refuses to come to him, then the angels send their curses on her till morning."



ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے ابن ابی عدی نے بیان کیا ، ان سے شعبہ نے ، ان سے سلیمان نے ، ان سے ابوحازم نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جب شوہر اپنی بیوی کو اپنے بستر پر بلائے اور وہ آنے سے ( ناراضگی کی وجہ سے ) انکار کر دے تو فرشتے صبح تک اس پر لعنت بھیجتے ہیں ۔








NAFIL ROZE NA RAKHAY SHOHAR KI MOUJUDGI MEIN USKI IJAZATH KAY BAGAIR:



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Agar shohar Ghar per moujud ho toh koi Aurath uski ijazath kay bagair nafil rozay na rakhay.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman should not fast (optional fasts) except with her husband's permission if he is at home (staying with her).



ہم سے محمد بن مقاتل نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم کو عبداللہ نے خبر دی ، کہا ہم کو معمر نے خبر دی ، انہیں ہمام بن منبہ نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، اگر شوہر گھر پر موجود ہے تو کوئی عورت اس کی اجازت کے بغیر ( نفلی ) روزہ نہ رکھے ۔







BIWI KO SHOHAR KI RAZA MANDI PER CHALNA CHAHIYE:



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Aurath kay liye jayez nahi kay apnay shohar ki mojudgi mein uski ijazath kay bagair nafil rozay rakhay aur Aurath kisi ko uskay Ghar mein uski marzi kay bagair anay ki ijazath na dien, Aurath jo kuch Apnay shohar kay maal mein se kharch kare bina ijazath toh ussay bhi uska adha sawaab milega.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "It is not lawful for a lady to fast (Nawafil) without the permission of her husband when he is at home; and she should not allow anyone to enter his house except with his permission; and if she spends of his wealth (on charitable purposes) without being ordered by him, he will get half of the reward."



ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی ، کہا ہم سے ابوالزناد نے بیان کیا ، ان سے اعرج نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا عورت کے لئے جائز نہیں کہ اپنے شوہر کی موجودگی میں اس کی اجازت کے بغیر ( نفلی ) روزہ رکھے اور عورت کسی کو اس کے گھر میں اس کی مرضی کے بغیر آنے کی اجازت نہ دے اور عورت جو کچھ بھی اپنے شوہر کے مال میں سے اس کی صریح اجازت کے بغیر خرچ کر دے تو اسے بھی اس کا آدھا ثواب ملے گا ۔ اس حدیث کو ابوالزناد نے موسیٰ بن ابی عثمان سے بھی اور ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے روایت کیا ہے اور اس میں صرف روزہ کا ہی ذکر ہے ۔







GAREEB JANNATH MEIN JAENGAY ZIYADA TAR AUR JAHANNUM MEIN AURTIEN:



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jannath mein janay walou ki taidath Gareebou ki thi aur Maaldar log hesab kay liye rokh liye gae the, Jahannum mein Daqil honay wali Aurtien ziyada thi.

Narrated Usama:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I stood at the gate of Paradise and saw that the majority of the people who entered it were the poor, while the wealthy were stopped at the gate (for the accounts). But the companions of the Fire were ordered to be taken to the Fire. Then I stood at the gate of the Fire and saw that the majority of those who entered it were women."



ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے اسما عیل نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ ہم کو تیمی نے خبر دی ، انہیں ابوعثمان نے ، انہیں حضرت اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اور ان سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ میں جنت کے دروازہ پر کھڑا ہوا تو اس میں داخل ہونے والوں کی اکثریت غریبوں کی تھی ۔ مالدار ( جنت کے دروازے پر حساب کے لئے ) روک لئے گئے تھے البتہ جہنم والوں کو جہنم میں جانے کا حکم دے دیا گیا تھا اور میں جہنم کے دروازے پر کھڑا ہوا تو اس میں داخل ہونے والی زیادہ عورتیں تھیں ۔







JAB TUM GIRHAN DEKHO TOH NAMAAZ PADHO AUR ALLAH SE DUA KARO:
SHOHAR KI NASHUKRI KARNE WALI AURATH DOZAQ ME JAYEGI :



Mohammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ke zamany mein Suraj Girhan hua toh Nabi kareem (ﷺ) ne Logou ko Namaaz padhai. Jab Aap (ﷺ) Namaaz se fariq huway toh Girhan khatam ho chuka tha. Iske baad Aap(ﷺ) ne farmaaya kay Suraj aur Chand Allah ki nishaniyou me se Do Nishaniya hai, inme Girhan kisi ki Mout ya kisi ki Hayath ki wajah se nahi hota, isliye Jabh tum girhan dekho toh us waqt Namaaz aur Dua karte raho jabh takh Girhan khul na jaey.
Sahaba (R.A) ne Arz kiya "Ya Rasool Allah (ﷺ)! Hum ne Aap ko dekha ke Aap (ﷺ) ne apni jagah se koi cheez badh kar li, phir humne dekha ke Aap hum se hath gaye, Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya ke mujhe Jannath dekhai gai thi, Mai ne is ka khush (Angur ka gucha) todhne ke liye haath badhaya tha aur Agar mai isey todh leta toh tum rehti Duniya takh isey khate aur Maine Dozaq dekhi Aj ka isse zyada haibath Naak manzar maine kabhi nahi dekha aur Maine dekha ke is mein Auratein bahut hai wahan kufr karti hain, Sahaba (R.A) ne kaha : kya Allah ke saath kufr karti hain? Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya " Nahi - wo apne Shohar ki nashukri karti hai, tu zindagi bhar saluk kar us ke saath, aur agar tujhse zara koi ek baath (jis ko woh pasand na karti ho) dekhay to keh degi maine tujhme kabhi koi khair (bhalai) dekhi hi nahi.



[SAHIH AL BUKHARI : 6 :5197; SAHIH MUSLIM : 1982; SUNAN NASAI : 1494]


Narrated `Abdullah bin `Abbas:
During the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), the sun eclipsed. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) offered the prayer of (the) eclipse) and so did the people along with him. He performed a long Qiyam (standing posture) during which Surat-al-Baqara could have been recited; then he performed a pro-longed bowing, then raised his head and stood for a long time which was slightly less than that of the first Qiyam (and recited Qur'an). Then he performed a prolonged bowing again but the period was shorter than the period of the first bowing, then he stood up and then prostrated. Again he stood up, but this time the period of standing was less than the first standing. Then he performed a prolonged bowing but of a lesser duration than the first, then he stood up again for a long time but for a lesser duration than the first. Then he performed a prolonged bowing but of lesser duration than the first, and then he again stood up, and then prostrated and then finished his prayer. By then the sun eclipse had cleared. The Prophet (ﷺ) then said, "The sun and the moon are two signs among the signs of Allah, and they do not eclipse because of the death or birth of someone, so when you observe the eclipse, remember Allah (offer the eclipse prayer)." They (the people) said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! We saw you stretching your hand to take something at this place of yours, then we saw you stepping backward." He said, "I saw Paradise (or Paradise was shown to me), and I stretched my hand to pluck a bunch (of grapes), and had I plucked it, you would have eaten of it as long as this world exists. Then I saw the (Hell) Fire, and I have never before, seen such a horrible sight as that, and I saw that the majority of its dwellers were women." The people asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! What is the reason for that?" He replied, "Because of their ungratefulness." It was said. "Do they disbelieve in Allah (are they ungrateful to Allah)?" He replied, "They are not thankful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favors done to them. Even if you do good to one of them all your life, when she seems some harshness from you, she will say, "I have never seen any good from you.' "

MARD PER BIWI KA BHI HAQ HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Sahaba se Roza bhi rakho aur Iftar bhi karo, Ibadath bhi karo aur Raath ko so bhi, kyun kay tum per tumharay badan ka bhi haq hai tumhari Ankh ka bhi tumper haq hai, tumhari Biwi ka bhi tum per haq hai.

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr bin Al-`As:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "O `Abdullah! Have I not been formed that you fast all the day and stand in prayer all night?" I said, "Yes, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)!" He said, "Do not do that! Observe the fast sometimes and also leave them (the fast) at other times; stand up for the prayer at night and also sleep at night. Your body has a right over you, your eyes have a right over you and your wife has a right over you."


ہم سے محمد بن مقاتل نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم کو اوزاعی نے خبر دی ، کہا کہ مجھ سے یحییٰ ابن ابی کثیر نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ مجھ سے ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ مجھ سے حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا عبداللہ ! کیا میری یہ اطلاع صحیح ہے کہ تم ( روزانہ ) دن میں روزے رکھتے ہو اور رات بھر عبادت کرتے ہو ؟ میں نے عرض کیا جی ہاں یا رسول اللہ ! آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ایسا نہ کرو ، روزے بھی رکھو اور بلا روزے بھی رہو ۔ رات میں عبادت بھی کرو اور سوؤ بھی ۔ کیونکہ تمہارے بدن کا بھی تم پر حق ہے ، تمہاری آنکھ کا بھی تم پر حق ہے اور تمہاری بیوی کا بھی تم پر حق ہے ۔





BIWI PER HATH NA UTHAEY:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, tum me koi shaqhs apni Biwi ko Ghulamou ki tarha na maray kay phir dosray din ussay hum bistar hoga.

Narrated `Abdullah bin Zam`a:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "None of you should flog his wife as he flogs a slave and then have sexual intercourse with her in the last part of the day."



ہم سے محمد بن یوسف نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے ، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے حضرت عبداللہ بن زمعہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تم میں کوئی شخص اپنی بیوی کو غلاموں کی طرح نہ مارے کہ پھر دوسرے دن اس سے ہمبستر ہو گا ۔





MASNUI BAAL LAGANA GUNAAH HAI HATTA KAY SHOHAR KAY KAHENE PER BHI:


Ek Aurath kay shadi kay badh kuch bemari ki wajha se sar kay baal jhad gaye toh uskay shohar ne usko masnui (wig) baal laganay kaha, toh ye Aurath iska zikar Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') se kari wo toh Aap(ﷺ) Farmaay, hargees aisa na karna kyun kay aisa karnay waliyou per lanath ki gae hai.

Narrated `Aisha:
An Ansari woman gave her daughter in marriage and the hair of the latter started falling out. The Ansari women came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and mentioned that to him and said, "Her (my daughter's) husband suggested that I should let her wear false hair." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No, (don't do that) for Allah sends His curses upon such ladies who lengthen their hair artificially."


ہم سے خلاد بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے ابراہیم بن نافع نے ، ان سے حسن نے وہ مسلم کے صاحبزادے ہیں ، ان سے صفیہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ، ان سے عائشہ نے کہ قبیلہ انصار کی ایک خاتون نے اپنی بیٹی کی شادی کی تھی ۔ اس کے بعد لڑکی کے سر کے بال بیماری کی وجہ سے اڑ گئے تو وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئیں اور آپ سے اس کا ذکر کیا اور کہا کہ اس کے شوہر نے اس سے کہا ہے کہ اپنے بالوں کے ساتھ ( دوسرے مصنوعی بال ) جوڑے ۔ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر فرمایا کہ ایسا تو ہرگز مت کرکیونکہ مصنوعی با ل سر پر رکھ کے جو جوڑے تو ایسے بال جوڑنے والیوں پر لعنت کی گئی ہے ۔






SULAH BAHETAR HAI SHOHAR BIWI KAY DARMIYAAN:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Agar shohar ki Nafrath ya Mu Modhnay ka darr ho ya Aurath ko talaaq ka darr ho toh wo apas mein sulah karlien toh koi harj nahi .
Is Baat par Sura Nisa mein Aayaath nazil hui hai:
Pus unper koi gunaah nahi agar wo apas mein Sulha karlien aur Sulah barhaal bahetar hai.

Narrated Aisha:
regarding the Verse: 'If a wife fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part ...') (4.128) It concerns the woman whose husband does not want to keep her with him any longer, but wants to divorce her and marry some other lady, so she says to him: 'Keep me and do not divorce me, and then marry another woman, and you may neither spend on me, nor sleep with me.' This is indicated by the Statement of Allah: 'There is no blame on them if they arrange an amicable settlement between them both, and (such) settlement is better." (4.128)


ہم سے ابن سلام نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم کو ابومعاویہ نے خبر دی ، انہیں ہشام بن عروہ نے ، انہیں ان کے والد نے اور ان سے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے آیت ” اور اگر کوئی عورت اپنے شوہر کی طرف سے نفرت اور منہ موڑنے کا خوف محسوس کرے ۔ “ کے متعلق فرمایا کہ آیت میں ایسی عورت کا بیان ہے جو کسی مرد کے پاس ہو اور وہ مرد اسے اپنے پاس زیادہ نہ بلاتا ہو بلکہ اسے طلاق دینے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہو اور اس کے بجائے دوسری عورت سے شادی کرنا چاہتا ہو لیکن اس کی موجودہ بیوی اس سے کہے کہ مجھے اپنے ساتھ ہی رکھو اور طلاق نہ دو ۔ تم میرے سوا کسی اور سے شادی کر سکتے ہو ، میرے خرچ سے بھی تم آزاد ہو اور تم پر باری کی بھی کوئی پابندی نہیں تو اس کا ذکر اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس ارشاد میں کہ ” پس ان پر کوئی گناہ نہیں اگر وہ آپس میں صلح کر لیں اور صلح بہرحال بہتر ہے ۔ “





KUWARI AUR BAIWA SE NIKAAH KAY BADH DASTOOR KAY MUTABIQ RAHENAY KA TAREEQA:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Dastoor ye hai kay Jabh kuwari se shaadi karo toh uskay saath 7 Din takh rahena chaheye aur Jabh baiwa se karo toh uskay saath 3 Din takh rahena chaheye, iskay badh donou ke pass bari bari raha kare.

Narrated Anas:
The tradition, (of the Prophet) is that if someone marries a virgin and he has already a matron wife (with him), then he should stay with the virgin for seven days; and if someone marries a matron (and he has already a virgin wife with him) then he should stay with her for three days


ہم سے مسدد بن مسرہد نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے بشر بن مفضل نے ، ان سے خالد حذاء نے ، ان سے ابوقلابہ نے بیان کیا اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے ( راوی ابوقلابہ یا انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے ) کہا کہ اگر میں چاہوں تو کہہ سکتاہوں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( آنے والی حدیث ) ارشاد فرمائی ۔ لیکن بیان کیا کہ دستور یہ ہے کہ جب کنواری سے شادی کرے تو اس کے ساتھ سات دن تک رہنا چاہئے اور جب بیوہ سے شادی کرے تو اس کے ساتھ تین دن تک رہنا چاہئے ۔





JHOOTA DIKHAWA:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, (Jo hai nahi wo hai kehna) usper Faqar karnay wala Us Shaqhs jaisa hai Jo Faraib ka joda (yani Dosrou kay kapde) mangkar pehna.

Narrated Asma:
Some lady said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! My husband has another wife, so it is sinful of me to claim that he has given me what he has not given me (in order to tease her)?" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, The one who pretends that he has been given what he has not been given, is just like the (false) one who wears two garments of falsehood."


ہم سے سلیمان بن حرب نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے حماد بن زید نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ہشام نے ، ان سے فاطمہ بنت منذر نے اور ان سے حضرت اسماء بنت ابی بکر رضی اللہ عنہما نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ( دوسری سند ) اور مجھ سے محمد بن مثنٰی نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ہشام نے ، ان سے فاطمہ بنت منذر نے بیان کیا اور ان سے اسماء بنت ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ ایک خاتون نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ! میری سوکن ہے اگر اپنے شوہر کی طرف سے ان چیزوں کے حاصل ہونے کی بھی داستانیں اسے سناؤں جو حقیقت میں میرا شوہر مجھے نہیں دیتا تو کیا اس میں کوئی حرج ہے ؟ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر فرمایا کہ جو چیز حاصل نہ ہو اس پر فخر کرنے والا اس شخص جیسا ہے جو فریب کا جوڑا یعنی ( دوسروں کے کپڑے ) مانگ کر پہنے ۔





ALLAH SE BADHKAR KOI AUR GAIRATH MAND NAHI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Allah se badhkar koi gairath mand nahi kay wo Apnay banday ya bandi ko zina kartay huay dekhay.

Narrated `Aisha:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "O followers of Muhammad! There is none, who has a greater sense of Ghira (self-respect) than Allah, so He has forbidden that His slave commits illegal sexual intercourse or His slave girl commits illegal sexual intercourse. O followers of Muhammad! If you but knew what I know, you would laugh less and weep more!"


ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ قعنبی نے بیان کیا ، ان سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے ، ان سے ان کے والد عروہ بن زبیر نے بیان کیا اور ان سے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اے امت محمد ! اللہ سے بڑھ کر غیرت مند اور کوئی نہیں کہ وہ اپنے بندہ یا بندی کو زنا کرتے ہوئے دیکھے ۔ اے امت محمد ! اگر تمہیں وہ معلوم ہوتا جو مجھے معلوم ہے تو تم ہنستے کم اور روتے زیادہ ۔





SHOHAR KO NAAM LE SAKHTAY HAI ISME KOI AIB NAHI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Ae Ayesha(RA) mein Achay se Janta hoon kay tum kabh mujhse khush hoti ho aur kabh Gussa hoti ho, Ayesha (RA) puchay wo kaise ya Rasool Allah, Aap(ﷺ) Farmaay, Jabh tum khush hoti ho toh kaheti ho kay Muhammed(Sﷺ) kay Rab ki kasam aur jabh tum Gussa hoti ho toh kaheti ho Ibrahim(A.S) kay Rab ki kasam.

Narrated Aisha:
That Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to her, "I know when you are pleased with me or angry with me." I said, "Whence do you know that?" He said, "When you are pleased with me, you say, 'No, by the Lord of Muhammad,' but when you are angry with me, then you say, 'No, by the Lord of Abraham.' " Thereupon I said, "Yes (you are right), but by Allah, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), I leave nothing but your name."


ہم سے عبید بن اسما عیل نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے ابواسامہ نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ہشام نے ، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھ سے فرمایا میں خوب پہچانتا ہوں کہ کب تم مجھ سے خوش ہوتی ہو اور کب تم مجھ پر ناراض ہو جاتی ہو ۔ بیان کیا کہ اس پر میں نے عرض کیا آنحضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم یہ بات کس طرح سمجھتے ہیں ؟ آپ نے فرمایا جب تم مجھ سے خوش ہوتی ہو تو کہتی ہو نہیں محمد ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کے رب کی قسم ! اور جب تم مجھ سے ناراض ہوتی ہو تو کہتی ہو نہیں ابراہیم علیہ السلام کے رب کی قسم ! بیان کیا کہ میں نے عرض کیا ہاں اللہ کی قسم یا رسول اللہ ! ( غصے میں ) صرف آپ کا نام زبان سے نہیں لیتی ۔





QAYAMATH KI NISHAANIYA:

Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Qayamath ki nishaaniyou mein se ye bhi hai kay, Quran wo Ahadees ka ilm utha liya jaega aur jahalath badh jayegi, Zina ki kasrath hojaegi aur Sharab log bohath Peenay lagingay, Mard kum hojaengay aur Aurtou ki taidad ziyada hojaegi, Halath ye hojaegi kay 50 50 Aurtou ka samhalnay wala (khabar gair) ek mard hoga.

Narrated Anas:
I will narrate to you a Habith I heard from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and none other than I will tell you of it. I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "From among the portents of the Hour are the following: Religious knowledge will be taken away; General ignorance (in religious matters) will increase; illegal Sexual intercourse will prevail: Drinking of alcoholic drinks will prevail. Men will decrease in number, and women will increase in number, so much so that fifty women will be looked after by one man."


ہم سے حفص بن عمر حوضی نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے ہشام بن عروہ نے بیان کیا ، ان سے قتادہ نے اور ان سے حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ میں تم سے وہ حدیث بیان کروں گا جو میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنی ہے ، میرے سوا یہ حدیث تم سے کوئی اور نہیں بیان کرنے والا ہے ۔ میں نے حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ، آپ فرما رہے تھے کہ قیامت کی نشانیوں میں سے یہ بھی ہے کہ قرآن و حدیث کا علم اٹھا لیا جائے گا اور جہالت بڑھ جائے گی ۔ زنا کی کثرت ہو جائے گی اور شراب لوگ زیادہ پینے لگیں گے ۔ مرد کم ہو جائیں گے اور عورتوں کی تعداد زیادہ ہو جائے گی ۔ حالت یہ ہو جائے گی کہ پچاس پچاس عورتوں کا سنبھالنے والا ( خبر گیر ) ایک مرد ہو گا ۔





DEWAR AUR JAIT KA BHAWAJ KAY PAAS YA SAATH JANA HALAKATH HAI :


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Aurtou mein janay se bachay raho, usper khabeelay Ansar kay ek sahabi ne arz kiya "Ya Rasool Allah kya Dewar Apni bhawaj kay saath jasakhta hai?", Aap(ﷺ) Farmaay Dewar, jait ka jana hi toh halakath hai.

Narrated `Uqba bin 'Amir:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Beware of entering upon the ladies." A man from the Ansar said, "Allah's Apostle! What about Al-Hamu the in-laws of the wife (the brothers of her husband or his nephews etc.)?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied: The in-laws of the wife are death itself.


ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا ، ان سے یزید بن ابی حبیب نے ، ان سے ابو الخیر نے اور ان سے عقبہ بن عامر نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا عورتوں میں جانے سے بچتے رہو اس پر قبیلہ انصار کے ایک صحابی نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ! دیور کے متعلق آپ کی کیا رائے ہے ؟ ( وہ اپنی بھاوج کے ساتھ جا سکتا ہے یا نہیں ؟ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ دیور یا ( جیٹھ ) کا جانا ہی تو ہلاکت ہے ۔




AURTEIN APNE MEHRAM KE SIVA KOI GHAIR MARD KAY SAATH TANHAI IQHTIYAR NA KARE:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Mehram kay siva koi ghair mard kay saath tanhai na iqhtiyar kare aur Aisi aurath kay paas na jaey Jiska shohar moujud na ho safar wagerah me gaya ho. Isper ek Sahaba (R.A) ne arz kiya: Ya Rasool Allah(ﷺ)! Meri Biwi Hajj karne gai hai aur mera naam falah gazwah me likha gaya hai, Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya ke "Phir tu wapas ja aur apni biwi ke saath hajj kar.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No man should stay with a lady in seclusion except in the presence of a Dhu- Muhram." A man stood up and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! My wife has gone out intending to perform the Hajj and I have been enrolled (in the army) for such-and-such campaign." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Return and perform the Hajj with your wife."


ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ مدینی نے بیان کیا ، کہ ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا ، ان سے عمرو بن دینار نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابو معبد نے اور ان سے حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا محرم کے سوا کوئی مرد کسی عورت کے ساتھ تنہائی میں نہ بیٹھے ۔ اس پر ایک صحابی نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ! میری بیوی حج کرنے گئی ہے اور میرا نام فلاں غزوہ میں لکھا گیا ہے ۔ آنحضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا پھر تو واپس جا اور اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ حج کر ۔






MARD SE AKELE MEIN DEEN KI BAATH KARNA JAYEZ:


Ek Aurath Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') kay paas ae Aur Aap(ﷺ) ne logou me se hatkar ek tarf hokar tanhai mein us Aurath se baath ki.
(Deen ki baath ho toh jayez hai).

Narrated Anas bin Malik:
An Ansari woman came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and he took her aside and said (to her). "By Allah, you (Ansar) are the most beloved people to me."


ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے حدیث بیان کی ، ان سے غندر نے حدیث بیان کی ، ان سے شعبہ نے حدیث بیان کی ، ان سے ہشام نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ قبیلہ انصار کی ایک خاتون نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئیں اور آنحضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے لوگوں سے ایک طرف ہو کر تنہائی میں گفتگو کی ۔ اس کے بعد آنحضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم لوگ ( یعنی انصار ) مجھے سب لوگوں سے زیادہ عزیز ہو ۔





AURATH ZARURIYATH KAY LIYE BAHER NIKALSAKHTI HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Aurtou ko Ijazath hai kay wo Zaruraiyath kay liye baher nikalsakhti hai.


[SAHIH AL BUKHARI : 6: 5237; SAHIH MUSLIM : 5395]


Narrated `Aisha:
Once Sa`da bint Zam`a went out at night for some need, and `Umar saw her, and recognizing her, he said (to her), "By Allah, O Sa`da! You cannot hide yourself from us." So she returned to the Prophet (ﷺ) and mentioned that to him while he was sitting in my dwelling taking his supper and holding a bone covered with meat in his hand. Then the Divine Inspiration was revealed to him and when that state was over, he (the Prophet (ﷺ) was saying: "O women! You have been allowed by Allah to go out for your needs."


ہم سے فروہ بن ابی المغراء نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے علی بن مسہر نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے ، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ ام المؤمنین حضرت سودہ بنت زمعہ رات کے وقت باہر نکلیں تو حضرت عمر نے انہیں دیکھ لیا اور پہچان گئے ۔ پھر کہا اے سودہ ! اللہ کی قسم ! تم ہم سے چھپ نہیں سکتیں ۔ جب حضرت سودہ واپس نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئیں تو آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کا ذکر کیا ۔ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس وقت میرے حجرے میں شام کا کھانا کھا رہے تھے ۔ آپ کے ہاتھ میں گوشت کی ایک ہڈی تھی ۔ اس وقت آپ پر وحی نازل ہونی شروع ہوئی اور جب نزول وحی کا سلسلہ ختم ہو اتو آپ نے فرمایا کہ تمہیں اجازت دی گئی ہے کہ تم اپنی ضروریات کے لئے باہر نکل سکتی ہو ۔





AURTOU KO MASJID JANAY DIYA JAYE:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jabh tum mein se kisi ki Biwi Masjid janay Namaaz padhnay Ijazath mangay toh dedo ussay na roko.

Narrated Salim's father:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If the wife of anyone of you asks permission to go to the mosque, he should not forbid her."


ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے زہری نے ، ان سے سالم نے اور ان سے ان کے والد ( حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما ) نے اور ان سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کہ جب تم میں سے کسی کی بیوی مسجد میں ( نماز پڑھنے کے لئے ) جانے کی اجازت مانگے تو اسے نہ روکو بلکہ اجازت دے دو ۔





APNAY SHOHAR KAY SAMNE DOSRI AURATH KA HOLIYA BAYAN NA KARE:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Koi Aurath Kisi Aurath se milnay kay badh apnay shohar se uska holiya na bayan kare goya kay wo ussay dekh raha hai.

Narrated `Abdullah bin Mas`ud:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman should not look at or touch another woman to describe her to her husband in such a way as if he was actually looking at her."


ہم سے محمد بن یوسف فریابی نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری رحمہ اللہ نے بیان کیا ، ان سے منصور بن معتمر نے ، ان سے ابووائل نے اور ان سے حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کوئی عورت کسی عورت سے ملنے کے بعد اپنے شوہر سے اس کا حلیہ نہ بیان کرے ، گویا کہ وہ اسے دیکھ رہا ہے ۔





BINA ITELAH DIYE GHAR NA AE (DONT GIVE SURPRISE BY RETURNING IN NIGHT FROM JOURNEY):


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Kisi mard ka lambay safar se achanak ghar ajana na pasand farmaatay the raath kay waqt bina itelah diye kay.

Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) disliked that one should go to one's family at night (on returning from a journey).


- ہم سے آدم بن ابی ایاس نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے محارب بن دثار نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ میں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا ، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کسی شخص سے رات کے وقت اپنے گھر ( سفر سے اچانک ) آنے پر ناپسندیدگی کا اظہار فرماتے تھے ۔






GAIR AURATH PER NAZAR PADHAY TO AISA KARE:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Famaay, kisi (Gair) Aurath per nazar padhay aur uskay liye Dil mein raghbath paida ho toh ussay chaheye Apni Biwi kay paas ae aur Sohobath kare, kyun kay Aurath ati hai Shaitaan ki surath mein aur Jati hai, Sohobath kare Apni Biwi se Issay uska Khayal Dil se jata rahega.


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3240]


Jabir said: "I heard the Prophet (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') say: 'If one of you likes a woman and feels attracted to her, let him go to his wife and have intercourse with her, for that will repel what is in his heart."'


حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے نبیﷺکو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: جب تم میں سے کسی کو کوئی عورت اچھی لگے اوردل میں اس کا خیال آئے تو اپنی بیوی کے پاس جائے اور اس سے اپنی خواہش پوری کرے ،اسے اس کے دل کا میلان دور ہوجائے گا۔





MUTTA YANI CONTRACT MARRIAGE TEEN DIN KAY LIYE PEHLE JAYEZ THI ABH HARAAM HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Ae Logou Mein ne tumko Mutta ki Ijazath di thi, Aur abh Allahtala ne usko Qayamath kay din takh kay liye haraam kardiya hai, aur aisi Aurtien ho toh chodhdien aur Jo cheez tum ne unko di wo wapis na lien.

Ar-Rabi' bin Sabrah Al-Juhani narrated that his father told him that he was with the Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') and he said: "O people, I had given you permission to engage in Mut'ah marriages with women, but now Allah has forbidden that until the Day of Resurrection, so whoever has any of them with him, he should let her go, and do not take back anything that you gave to them."


- ربیع بن سبرہ جہنی کہتے ہیں کہ ان کے والد نے بیان کیا کہ میں رسول اللہ ﷺکے ساتھ تھا ، آپﷺنے فرمایا: اے لوگو! میں نے تم کو عورتوں سے متعہ کی اجازت دی تھی ، اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے متعہ کو قیامت تک حرام کردیا ہے ،سو جس آدمی کے پاس متعہ والی عورت ہو وہ اس کو چھوڑ دے اور جو کچھ اس عورت کو دیا ہو وہ واپس نہ لے۔







BAAP KI AUR BIWI KI KHALA YA PHUPI SE NIKAAH HARAAM HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Manna Farmaay, Biwi ki khala ya phupi se nikaah aur Baap ki khala ya phupi se nikaah bhi.


[SAHIH MUSLIM : 3269]


Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') forbade a man to be married to a woman and her paternal aunt, or to a woman and her maternal aunt." Ibn Shihab said: "We think that the maternal aunt of her father and the paternal aunt of her father come under the same ruling."


- حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے منع فرمایا کہ کوئی آدمی کسی عورت اور اس کی پھوپھی کو (نکاح) میں جمع کرے، اور اسی طرح کسی عورت او راس کی خالہ کو (نکاح) میں جمع کرے۔ابن شہاب زہری کہتے ہیں کہ ہمارا خیال یہ ہے کہ بیوی کے والد کی پھوپھی اور بیوی کے والد کی خالہ کا بھی یہی حکم ہے۔





SHIGAR SE MANNA FARMAAY (YANI BETI DEIN TO BETI LIEN):



Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') shighar se manna farmaay, Shighar ye hai kay Admi kisi se ye kahay kay tum Apni Beti ka Nikaah mujhse kardo to mein Apni Beti ka Nikaah tumse kardou ga, ya tum apni Bahen ka Nikaah mujhse kardo toh mein Apni bahen ka Nikaah tumse kardou ga. Aur inke darmiyaan Mehar muqarar na kiya jayega.


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3295 - 3299]


It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') forbade Shighar." Ibn Numair added: "Shighar is when a man says to another: 'Give me your daughter in marriage and I will give you my daughter in marriage, or give me your sister in marriage and I will give you my sister in marriage."'


- حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سےروایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے شغار سے منع فرمایا،ابن نمیر کی روایت میں ہے کہ شغار یہ ہے کہ تم اپنی بیٹی کا نکاح مجھ سے کردو ، اور میں اپنی بیٹی کا نکاح تم سے کردوں گا ، یا کہے : تم اپنی بہن کانکاح مجھ سے کردو اور میں اپنی بہن کا نکاح تم سے کردوں گا۔






SHAWWAL MEIN NIKAAH AUR RUQHSATI KI FAZILATH :


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Aur Ayesha(R.A) Ka Nikaah Shawwal mein hua aur Ruqhsati bhi, Ayesha (R.A) Farmaati hai Kaunsi Aurath Muhammed(ﷺ) kay paas mujhse badhkar pyari thi, Aur Ayesha(R.A) humesha dost rakhti thi kay unkay khabilay ki Aurtou kay shohar unse humbistari ki jaey Mahene Shawwal mein.


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3312; SUNAN NASAI : 3238; IBN MAJAH : 1990]


It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') married me in Shawwal and consummated the marriage with me in Shawwal, and which of the wives of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was dearer to him than me?" And 'Aishah liked for marriages with her women folk to be consummated in Shawwal.


- حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے وہ فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہﷺنے مجھ سے شوال کے مہینہ میں نکاح کیا ، اور شوال کے مہینے ہی میں میری رخصتی ہوئی ،رسول اللہ ﷺکی ازواج میں مجھ سے زیادہ خوش نصیب اور آپ ﷺکی نگاہ میں پسندیدہ اور کون تھا ؟ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو یہ پسند تھا کہ ان کی رخصتی شوال میں کی جائے۔






BAIWA APNE NIKAH MEIN WAALI SE ZIYADA HAQ RAKHTI HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Baiwa Aurath Apnay nikaah mein Apnay wali se ziyada haq rakhti hai aur kuwari se uski ijazath li jaey aur uski ijazath chup rahena hai uska.


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3306; ABU DAWUD : 2093; SUNAN NASAI : 3262; IBN MAJAH : 1870]


Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "A previously-married woman should not be married until she has been consulted, and a virgin should not be married until her permission has been sought." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is her permission?" He said: "If she remains silent."


- حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: غیرشادہ شدہ لڑکی سے مشورہ لیے بغیر اس کا نکاح نہ کیا جائے ، اور کنواری کی اجازت لیے بغیر اس کا نکاح نہ کیا جائے ، صحابہ نے پوچھا : یارسول اللہ ﷺ! اس کی اجازت کیسے ہوگی؟ آپﷺنے فرمایا: اس کی خاموشی۔






MUHAMMED (ﷺ) KI BIWIYOU KA MAHER:


Ayesha(R.A) bayan Farmaay, kay 12 Uqiya aur Ek Nash ye Adha uqiya kay baraber hota hai, Iski (puri maher ki) Khemath 500 Dirhams hoti hai, Ye Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ne Apni biwiyou ko maher diye the.


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3318]


It was narrated that Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman said: "I asked 'Aishah, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ): 'How much was the dowry of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)?' She said: 'The dowry that he gave to his wives was twelve Uqiyah and a Nashsh.' She said: 'Do you know what a Nashsh is?' I said: 'No.' She said: 'Half an Uqiyah; and that (the whole amount) was equal to five hundred Dirham. That was the dowry of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to his wives.'"


- ابو سلمہ بن عبد الرحمن سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کی زوجہ مطہرہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے پوچھا : رسول اللہ ﷺکا مہر کتنا ہوتا تھا؟ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے فرمایا:آپﷺاپنی بیویوں کا مہر بارہ اوقیہ اور ایک نش رکھتے تھے۔حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہنے لگی : کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ نش کیا ہے ؟میں نے کہا: نہیں ۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: نصف اوقیہ، اور یہ کل مقدار پانچ سو درہم ہیں اور یہی رسول اللہ ﷺکی ازواج کا مہر ہے۔






SHAADI KARNAY LADKI KO DEKHNA MARD KA JAYEZ HAI :


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Shaadi karni ho toh Dekhlien Aurath ko pasand karnay.


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3314; SUNAN NASAI : 3249]


It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: I was with the Prophet (ﷺ) when a man came to him and told him that he had gotten married to a woman from among the Ansar. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Did you look at her?" He said: "No." He said: "Go and look at her, for there is something in the eyes of the Ansar."


- حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نبیﷺ کے پاس بیٹھا تھا کہ ایک آدمی نے آکر کہا : میں نے ایک انصاری عورت سے شادی کرلی۔رسول اللہ ﷺنے اس کو کہا: کیا تم نے اس کو دیکھ لیا ہے ؟ اس نے کہا : نہیں ، آپﷺنے فرمایا: جاؤ جاکر دیکھ لو ، کیونکہ انصار عورتوں کی آنکھوں میں کچھ (عیب ) ہوتا ہے۔





DOHERA SAWAAB:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jo Azad kare Apni loundi ko Phir ussay Nikaah kare toh ussay dohera sawab hai.


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3327; IBN MAJAH : 1956; SUNAN NASAI : 3346]


It was narrated that Abu Musa said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said concerning the one who frees his slave woman then marries her: 'He will have two rewards.'


حضرت ابو موسی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا: جو شخص اپنی باندی کو آزاد کرے پھر اس سے شادی کرے اس کے لیے دوہرا ثواب ہے۔





BIWI SE SOHOBATH SIRF SHARMGAAH SE HI KARE:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Apni biwi se Sohobath karo chahay jaise ho Samnay se ya pichay ki tarf se lekin Sirf Sharmgaah (Vagina) se hi kare. (Anal sex is Haraam)


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3365]


This hadith has been reported on the authority of Jabir through another chain of transmitters, but in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Zuhri there is an addition (of these words):

" If he likes he may (have intercourse) being on the back or in front of her, but it should be through one opening (vagina)."


- حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے یہی حدیث بیان کی، زہری سے روایت کردہ نعمان (بن راشد کی حدیث میں ان کے شاگرد جریر نے) اضافہ کیا: اگر چاہے تو منہ کے بل اور اگر چاہے تو اس کے بغیر (کسی اور ہئیت میں)، لیکن یہ ایک ہی ڈھکنے (کی جگہ، یعنی قُبل) میں ہو.





TALAQ KE BAAD AGAR DUBARA NIKAAH KARNA CHAHE TOH :


Hazrath Aisha (R.A) se riwayat hai ke Hazrath Rifaah ki Biwi ne Muhammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ke paas akar arz kiya ki Hazrath Rifaah ne unko Talaq de diya aur unho ne Abdul Rahman (R.A) se Shaadi karli jo ke namard the, Muhammed (ﷺ) ne farmaya ke kya tum Rifaah ke paas dubara jana chahti ho, nahi! ye nahi hosakta, jab tak ke tum inki mithaas na chakh lo aur wo tumhari mithaas chakh lein.


[SAHIH MUSLIM : 3354; TIRMIDHI : 1118; SUNAN NASAI : 3285; IBN MAJAH : 1932]


It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The wife of Rifa'ah came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: 'I was married to Rifa'ah, then he divorced me and made the divorce irrevocable. Then I married 'Abdur-Rahman bin Az-Zubair, and what he has is like the edge of a garment.' The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) smiled and said: 'Do you want to go back to Rifa'ah? No, not until you taste his ('Abdur-Rahman's) sweetness and he tastes your sweetness.'" She said: "And Abu Bakr was with him, and Khalid was at the door, waiting to be given permission to enter. He called out: 'O Abu Bakr, do you not hear what this woman dares to say in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)?"'


حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت رفاعہ کی بیوی نےرسول اللہ ﷺکے پاس آکر عرض کیا : میں رفاعہ کے نکاح میں تھی ، انہوں نے مجھے طلاق بتہ(طلاق مغلظہ) دے دی ، میں نے عبد الرحمن بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ سے شادی کرلی او ران کے پاس تو صرف کپڑے کے پلو کی طرح تھا (یعنی وہ نامرد تھا) رسول اللہ ﷺنے مسکراکر فرمایا: کیا تم رفاعہ کے پاس دوبارہ جانا چاہتی ہو، نہیں ! یہ نہیں ہوسکتا ، جب تک کہ تم ان کی مٹھاس نہ چکھ لو اوروہ تمہاری مٹھاس چکھ لیں،حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہ ابوبکر آپﷺکے پاس تھے اور خالد بن سعید دروازے پر اجازت کے منتظر تھے ، انہوں نے پکارکر کہا: اے ابو بکر!کیا آپ نہیں سن رہے ہیں کہ یہ رسول اللہ ﷺکے پاس کیسی باتیں کررہی ہیں۔






SHOHAR AUR BIWI EK DOSRE KAY RAAZ KHOLNA KABEERAH GUNAAH HAI:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Allah kay nazdik Qayamath kay din subse badhi Amanath ye hai kay Mard apni biwi se sohobtah kare aur biwi apnay shohar se aur phir wo uskay bhaid kholdein.
(Yani Amanath mein khayanath ki).


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3369]


Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'One of the most evil people before Allah on the Day of Resurrection will be a man who is intimate with his wife and she is intimate with him, then he publicizes her secrets."'


حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا: قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک سب سے برترین شخص وہ ہوگا جو اپنی بیوی کے قریب جائے اور عورت اس کے قریب جائے ، پھر وہ اس کا راز افشاء کردے۔






HAR PAANI (MANNI) SE BACHA PAIDA NAHI HOTA :


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Har paani se bacha paida nahi hota, aur jab kisi cheez ko Allah taala paida karna chahey toh isko koi cheez rok nahi sakti. Ek Khatra Manni ka kafi hai Bacha paida honay kay liye.


[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3381]


It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked about 'Azl and he said: 'The child does not come from all the water; if Allah wants to create something nothing can prevent it."


- حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺسے عزل کے بارے پوچھا گیا تو آپﷺنے فرمایا: ہر پانی سے بچہ پیدا نہیں ہوتا ، اور جب کسی چیز کو اللہ تعالیٰ پیدا کرنا چاہے تو اس کو کوئی چیز روک نہیں سکتی۔





SHOHAR AUR BIWI HUMBISTARI KARTAY WAQT YE DUA PADHAY:

Muhammed (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, jo koi tumme se apni biwi kay paas ye Dua padhkar jaey Allah kay naam kay saath, (agar is sohbath kay natijay mein) oulad paida hui toh shaitaan ussay kabhi nuqsaan nahi pohancha sakhega.

"بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا‏.‏

Meaning :

"Ae Allah! Humein shaitaan se bachalien aur shaitaan se dur kardien jo tu mujhe ata farmaay".

[Sahih Al Bukhari:1:141]

Narrated By Ibn 'Abbas : The Prophet said, "If anyone of you on having sexual relations with his wife said (and he must say it before starting) 'In the name of Allah. O Allah! Protect us from Satan and also protect what you bestow upon us (i.e. the coming offspring) from Satan, and if it is destined that they should have a child then, Satan will never be able to harm that offspring."

حضرت ابنِ عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا:اگر تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنی بیوی کے پاس یہ دعاء پڑھ کر جائے اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ اے اللہ! ہمیں شیطان سے بچالے اور شیطان کو اس سے دور رکھ جو تو ہمیں عطاء فرمائے، اگر (اس تعلق کے نتیجے میں) اولاد پیدا ہوئی تو شیطان اسے کبھی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکے گا۔



JAB KOI AURATH SE NIKAAH KARE TOH YE DUA PADHEY :

Mohammed ("Salla Allaahu 'Alaiyhi wa salaam") ne farmaya "Tum me se koi jab kisi Aurath se Nikah kare ya koi Khadima khariday toh iski peshani pakadey aur barkath ki Dua karay, aur jab koi Ounth khariday toh iske kohan ki choti pakad kar yehi Dua padhey.

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ".
Meaning :

Aye Allah! Mai tujhse iski Bhalai aur iski Jabalt aur iski tabiyath ka khwaistegar hoon, jo khair wo bhalai tu ne wadayat ki hai, iske shar aur iski Jabalt aur tabiyath me teri taraf se wadayat shar se teri panah mangta hoon.

'Amr b. Shu'aib on his father's authority said that his grandfather (Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As) reported the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
If one of you marries a woman or buys a slave, he should say: "O Allah, I ask You for the good in her, and in the disposition You have given her; I take refuge in You from the evil in her, and in the disposition You have given her." When he buys a camel, he should take hold of the top of its hump and say the same kind of thing.
Abu Dawud said: Abu Sa'id added the following words in his version: He should then tale hold of her forelock and pray for blessing in the case of a woman or a slave.



- نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی جب کسی عورت سے نکاح کرے یا کوئی خادم خریدے تو یہ دعا پڑھے: «اللهم إني أسألك خيرها وخير ما جبلتها عليه وأعوذ بك من شرها ومن شر ما جبلتها عليه» اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے اس کی بھلائی اور اس کی جبلت اور اس کی طبیعت کا خواستگار ہوں، جو خیر و بھلائی تو نے ودیعت کی ہے، اس کے شر اور اس کی جبلت اور طبیعت میں تیری طرف سے ودیعت شر سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں اور جب کوئی اونٹ خریدے تو اس کے کوہان کی چوٹی پکڑ کر یہی دعا پڑھے ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: عبداللہ سعید نے اتنا اضافہ کیا ہے کہ پھر اس کی پیشانی پکڑے اور عورت یا خادم میں برکت کی دعا کرے ۔
