Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') kay Paas se ek janaza guzra toh logou ne us mayyath ki tareef ki Aap(S) ne Farmaaya kay wajib hogai- phir Dosra Janaza guzra toh logou ne uski burai ki' ya uskay siva aur Alfaz (Usi Mafhoom ko Ada karnay kay liye) kahay.Aap(S) ne Farmaay, Us Janaze kay mutaliq bhi Farmaaya kay wajib hogai aur phele Janazay per bhi yehi Farmaaya.
Aap(S) ne Farmaaya kay Imaan wali Qoum ki Gawaahi (Bargaah ilahi mein Maqbool hai) ye log Zameen per Allah kay gawaah hai.
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2642; SAHIH MUSLIM: 2073; IBN MAJAH: 1491Narrated By Anas : A funeral procession passed in front of the Prophet and the people praised the deceased. The Prophet said, "It has been affirmed (Paradise)." Then another funeral procession passed by and the people talked badly of the deceased. The Prophet said, "It has been affirmed (Hell)." Allah's Apostle was asked, "O Allah's Apostle! You said it has been affirmed for both?" The Prophet said, "The testimony of the people (is accepted), (for) the believer are Allah's witnesses on the earth."ہم سے سلیمان بن حرب نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے حماد ابن زید نے انھوں نے ثابت سے انھوں نے انسؓ سے انھوں نے کہا نبی ﷺ کے سامنے سے ایک جنازہ گیا لوگوں نے اس کی تعریف کی آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا اس کے لیے واجب ہوگئی پھر دوسرا جنازہ گیا لوگوں نے اس کی برائی کی یا راوی نے اور کوئی لفظ کہا خیر آپﷺ نے فرمایا اس کے لیے واجب ہوگئی لوگوں نے پوچھا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ آپ ﷺ نے دونوں کے لیے فرمایا واجب ہوگئی واجب ہوگئی آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا مسلمانوں کی گواہی مقبول ہے مسلمان زمین میں اللہ کے گواہ ہیں۔RAZAIYATH WOHI MOTEBAR HAI JO KUMSEENI MEIN HO:Ayesha(RA) kay Yahan Ek Sahaba baithay huay theJo Apkay Razai bahi the - muhammed(ﷺ) Tashreef laey aur dariyafth farmaay, Ayesha(RA) se kay ye kaun hai? Ayesha(RA) ne arz kiya kay ye mere razai bhai haiAap(ﷺ) Farmaay, Ayesha(RA) Zara dekh bhal kar chalokaun tumhara razai bhai hai- kyun kay Razaiyath wohi motebar hai jo Kumseeni mein ho.
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4:2647]Narrated By 'Aisha : Once the Prophet came to me while a man was in my house. He said, "O 'Aisha! Who is this (man)?" I replied, "My foster brother" He said, "O 'Aisha! Be sure about your foster brothers, as foster-ship is only valid if it takes place in the suckling period (before two years of age)."
ہم سے محمّد بن کثیر نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو سفیان ثوری نےخبر دی انھوں نے اشعث بن ابی الشعثاء سے انھوں نے اپنے باپ سے انھوں نے کہا مسروق سے حضرت عائشہؓ نے بیان کیا ایک بار ایسا ہوا نبیﷺ میرے پاس تشریف لائے اس وقت ایک شخص (ان کا رضاعی بھائی جس کا نام معلوم نہیں ہوا) میرے پاس بیٹھا تھا آپ نے پوچھا عائشہ یہ کون ہے میں نے عرض کیا میرا رضاعی بھائی ہے آپ نے فرمایا عائشہ ذرا دیکھ بھال کر چلو کون تمہارا بھائی ہے رضاعت وہی معتبر ہے جو کمسنی میں ہو محمّد بن کثیر کے ساتھ اس حدیث کو عبدالرحمٰن بن مہدی نے بھی سفیان ثوری سے روایت کیا۔ZINAKAARI KI SAZA KUWARAY LOG KO:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Unlogou kay liye jo shadi shuda na ho aur Zina kare- ye hukoomdiya tha kay unhay 100koday lagaey jaey aur ek saal kay liye Jila watan kardiya jaey.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2649; SAHIH MUSLIM: 4192]Narrated By Zaid bin Khalid : Allah's Apostle ordered that an unmarried man who committed illegal sexual intercourse be scourged one hundred lashes and sent into exile for one year.ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے لیث نے انھوں نے عقیل سے انھوں نے ابن شہاب سے انھوں نےعبیداللہ بن عبداللہ سے انھون نےزید بن خالد سے انھوں نے رسول اللہﷺ سے آپ نے یہ حکم دیا کہ جو شخص محصن نہ ہو اور زنا کرے اس کو سو کوڑے مارے اور ایک سال کے لیےجلا وطن کرو۔BAHETAR ZAMANA:Muhamm(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, kay tumme subse bahetar mera zamanay kay log hai (yani Sahaba) hai phir wo log Jo unkay badh aengay (yani Sahaba kay Tabaeen) phir wolog Jo uskay badh aengay(yani Tabbay tabaeen) ,Muhammed(ﷺ) ne Apne zamanay kay badh do zamnou ka zikar farmaaya ya teen ka phir Aap(ﷺ) ne farmaaya ky tumhare badh aisay log paida hongay chor
hongay Jinme dayanaath ka naam na hoga unse gawaahi denay kay liye nahi kaha jaega- lekin wo gawaahi etay phiringay- Nazarien maingay lekin pori nahi karingay motapa unme aam hoga.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2651; SAHIH MUSLIM: 6158;TIRMIDHI: 3859; IBN MAJAH: 2362; ABU DAWOOD: 4640]Narrated By Zahdam bin Mudrab : I heard Imran bin Husain saying, "The Prophet said, 'The best people are those living in my generation, then those coming after them, and then those coming after (the second generation)." Imran said "I do not know whether the Prophet mentioned two or three generations after your present generation. The Prophet added, 'There will be some people after you, who will be dishonest and will not be trustworthy and will give witness (evidences) without being asked to give witness, and will vow but will not fulfil their vows, and fatness will appear among them."ہم سے آدم نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے کہا ہم سے ابو جمرہ نے کہا میں نے زہدم بن مضرب سے سنا کہا میں نے عمران بن حصینؓ سے انھوں نے کہا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا سب زمانوں میں بہتر میرا زمانہ ہے (صحابہ کا) پھر ان کا جو ان سے نزدیک ہیں (تابعین کا) پھر ان کا جو ان کے نزدیک ہیں( تبع تابعین کا) عمران نے کہا میں نہیں جانتا نبی ﷺ نے دو زمانوں کا (اپنے بعد) ذکر کیا یا تین کا پھر آپ نے فرمایا تمہارے بعد ایسے لوگ ہوں گے چور جن میں ایمان کا نام نہ ہوگا اور کوئی ان کو گواہ نہ بنائےگا یا نہ بلائے جب بھی گواہی دینے کو موجود ہوں گے منت مانیں گے پوری نہ کریں گے مٹاپا ان پر بہت پڑے گا۔KABEERA GUNAAH: Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') se kabeera gunaah kay mutaliq pucha gaya toh Aap(ﷺ) ne farmaaya kay:1. Allah kay sath shirk karna.
2. Maa baap ki nafarmaani.
3. Kisi ki jaan lena
4. Jhooti gawaahi dena.
[SAHiH AL BUQHARI:4: 2653; 8: 6919; SAHIH MUSLIM: 158]Narrated By Anas : The Prophet was asked about the great sins He said, "They are:To join others in worship with Allah.To be undutiful to one's parents.To kill a person (which Allah has forbidden to kill) (i.e. to commit the crime of murdering).And to give a false witness."ہم سے عبداللہ بن منیر نے بیان کیا انھوں نے وہب بن جریر اور عبدالملک بن ابراہیم سے سنا انھوں نے کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا انھوں نے عبداللہ بن ابی بکر بن انسؓ سے انھوں نے انسؓ سے انھوں نے کہا نبی ﷺ سے پوچھا گیا کبیرہ(بڑے) گناہ کون کون سے ہیں؟ آپﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک کرنا اور ماں باپ کی نافرمانی کرنااور (ناحق) خون کرنا اور جھوٹی گواہی دینا۔وہب بن جریر کے ساتھ اس حدیث کو غندر اور ابو عامر اور بہز اور عبدالصمد نے بھی شعبہ سے روایت کیا۔AURATH KI AQAL KA NUQSAAN:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, kiya Aurath ki Gawaahi mard ki gawaahi kay Adhay kay baraber nahi hai?Humne Arz kiya kyun nahi- Àap(ﷺ) Farmaay, kay yehi toh unki Aqal a nuqsaan hai.
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2658]Narrated By Abu Said Al-Khudri : The Prophet said, "Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said, "Yes." He said, "This is because of the deficiency of a woman's mind."ہم سے سعید بن ابی مریم نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو محمّد بن جعفر نے خبر دی کہا مجھ کو زید بن اسلم نے انھوں نے عیاض بن عبداللہ سے انھوں نے ابو سعید خدریؓ سے انھوں نے نبی ﷺ سےآپ ﷺ نے فرمایا کیا عورت کی گواہی مرد کی آدھی گواہی کے برابر نہیں ہے؟ہم نے عرض کیا بے شک مرد کی آدھی گواہی کے برابر ہے آپﷺ نے فرمایا بس اسی سے معلام ہوتا ہے کہ عورت کی عقل کم ہے۔HADSE ZIYADA KISI KI TAREEF KARNE KA NUQSAAN:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') kay Samne Ek Shaqhs ne dosre shaqhs ki tareef ki toh Aap(ﷺ) ne farmaaya Afsoos tu ne Apne saathi ki gardan katdali, tu ne apne saathi ki gardan katdali (kaiy martaba apne isi tarha farmaaya) hir Farmaaya kay Agar kisi kay liye Apne kisi bhai ki tareef karni zaroori hojae toh yu kahay kay mein fulah shaqhs ko aisa smjhta hoon 'Agar Alah khoob janta hai Mein Allah kay samne kisi ko beaib nahi kahesakhta Mein smjhta hon wo aisa aisa haiAgar uska haal janta hoon.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2662; IBN MAJAH: 3744; AL-ADAB AL MUFRAD: 333]Narrated By Abu Bakra : A man praised another man in front of the Prophet. The Prophet said to him, "Woe to you, you have cut off your companion's neck, you have cut off your companion's neck," repeating it several times and then added, "Whoever amongst you has to praise his brother should say, 'I think that he is so and so, and Allah knows exactly the truth, and I do not confirm anybody's good conduct before Allah, but I think him so and so,' if he really knows what he says about him."ہم سے محمّد بن سلام نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو عبدالوھاب نے خبر دی کہا ہم سے خالد حذاء نے انھوں نے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی بکرہؓ سے انھوں نے اپنے باپ سے انھوں نے کہا نبی ﷺ کے سامنے ایک شخص نے دوسرے کی تعریف کی آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا ارے یہ کیا کہتا ہے تو نے اس کی گردن کاٹی۔کئی بار آپ ﷺ نے یہ فرمایا پھر فرمایا اگر تم میں کسی کو اپنے بھائی (مسلمان) کی تعریف کرنے کی ضرورت پڑے تو یوں کہے میں سمجھتا ہوں آگے اللہ خوب جانتا ہے میں اللہ کے سامنے کسی کو بے عیب نہیں کہہ سکتا میں سمجھتا ہوں وہ ایسا ایسا ہے اگر اس کا حال جانتا ہو۔JUMA KAY DIN HAR BALIGH PER GHUSL WAJIB: Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Har baligh per Juma kay din Ghusl wajib hai.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2665; SAHIH MUSLIM: 1838; BU DAWOOD: 341; TIRMIDHI: 492; SUNAN AN NASA'i: 1378]Narrated By Abu Said Al-Khudri : The Prophet said, "Bath on Friday is compulsory for those who have attained the age of puberty."ہم سے علی بن عبد اللہ نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے کہا ہم سے صفوان بن سلیم نے انھوں نے عطاء بن یسار سے انھوں نے ابوسعید خدریؓ سے انھوں نے نبیﷺ سے آپﷺ نے فرمایا جمعہ کے دن ہر اس شخص پر غسل واجب ہے جس کو احتلام ہوتا ہو۔
ALLAHTALA 3 TARHA KAY LOG PER GAZABNAAK HONGAY:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, 3tarha kay log Aise hongay Allahtala unse baath bhi na karega aur na unki tarf nazar uthakar dekhega aur na unhay paak karega Balkay unhay saqht Dardnaak Azab hoga.1. Safar mein zarurath se ziyada pani liye jara hai aur kisi musafir ko (jissay pani ki zarurath ho) na dien pani.
2. Khalifa se faida ho toh ussay acha samjhay nahi toh Bait wada khilafi kare.
3. Jo Asr kay badh kisi saman ka bahou kare aur Allah ki kasam khakar kay ussay itna itna rupiye me milra ha tha kahay (yani jhooti kasam khaey dhoka dene).
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2672; 2: 2202; 8: 7446; SAHIH MUSLIM: 196]Narrated By Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle said, "There are three persons whom Allah will neither talk to nor look at, nor purify from (the sins), and they will have a painful punishment. They are: A man possessed superfluous water on a way and he withheld it from the travellers.A man who gives a pledge of allegiance to a Muslim ruler and gives it only for worldly gains. If the ruler gives him what he wants, he remains obedient to It, otherwise he does not abide by it. A man bargains with another man after the 'Asr prayer and the latter takes a false oath in the Name of Allah) claiming that he has been offered so much for the thing and the former (believes him and) buys it."ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے جریر بن عبدالحمید نے انھوں نے اعمش سے انھوں نے ابو صالح سے انھوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے انھوں نے کہا رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ تین آدمیوں سے بات نہیں کرنے کا نہ ان کو دیکھے گا نہ ان کو (گندگی سے) پاک کرے گااور ان کو دکھ کی مار پڑے گی ایک وہ شخص جس کے پاس رستے میں ضرورت سے زیادہ پانی ہو اور وہ مسافر کو نہ دے دوسرے وہ جو دنیا کے لیے (حاکم سے) بیعت کرے اگر اس کی خواہش کے موافق اس کو دے تو بیعت پر قائم رہے ورنہ توڑ دے تیسرے وہ شخص جو عصر کے بعد مول تول میں جھوٹی قسم کھائے کہ اس کو یہ چیز اتنے میں پڑی ہے اور اس کے کہنے پر دوسرا شخص (دھوکا کھا کر) خرید لے۔KISI KA MAAL NAJAYEZ TOUR PER HAZAM KARLENE KI SAZA:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jo Shaqhs isiliye kasam khata hai kay uskay zariye kisi ka maal (Najayez tour) per hazam karjaey toh wo Allah se us haal mein milega kay Allahpaak usper gazab naak hongay.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2673]Narrated By Ibn Mas'ud : The Prophet said, "Whoever takes a (false) oath in order to grab (others) property, then Allah will be angry with him when he will meet Him."ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسمٰعیل نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے عبدالواحد بن زیاد نے،انھوں نےاعمش سے انھوں نے ابو وائل سے انھوں نے عبداللہ بن مسعودؓ سے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص (جھوٹی) قسم کھائے کسی کا مال مار لینے کو وہ جب اللہ سے ملے گا تو اللہ اس پر غصّے ہوگا۔SIRF ALLAH KI KASAM KHANA JAYEZ:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Agar kisi ko Kasam khani hai toh Allahtala hi ki khaey, Warna khamoosh rahay.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2679; SAHIH MUSLIM: 4035; ABU DAWOOD: 3242; SUNAN AN NASA'i: 3800]Narrated By Abdullah : The Prophet said, "Whoever has to take an oath should swear by Allah or remain silent." (i.e. He should not swear by other than Allah.)ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسمٰعیل نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے جویریہ بن اسماء نے کہا ہم سے نافع نے عبداللہ بن عمرؓ سے نقل کیا کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو کوئی قسم کھانا چاہے تو اللہ کی قسم کھائے یا خاموش رہے۔DOZAQ KA EK HESSA PAEGA JO JHOOT PER APNAY HAQ MEIN FAISLA KARWALIEN TOH:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, tumlog mere yahan muqadmath latay ho aur kabhi aisa hota hai kay ek tumme se dosre se daleel bayan karne mein badhkar hota hai (Qout bayani badhkar hoti hai) phir mein agar usko uskay bhai ka haq (galti se) dilado' toh wo (Halaal na samjhay) usko na lien 'mein usko Dozaq ka ek tukda dilaraha hoon.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2680; IBN MAJAH: 2317]Narrated By Um Salama : Once Allah's Apostle said, "You people present your cases to me and some of you may be more eloquent and persuasive in presenting their argument. So, if I give some one's right to another (wrongly) because of the latter's (tricky) presentation of the case, I am really giving him a piece of fire; so he should not take it."ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ قعنبی نے بیان کیا انھوں نے امام مالک سے انھوں نے ہشام بن عروہ سے انھوں نے اپنے باپ سے انھوں نے زینب سے انھو ں نے ام سلمہؓ سے کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا میرے پاس جھگڑتے آتے ہو اور کبھی ایسا ہوتا ہے کہ ایک تم میں دوسرے سے دلیل بیان کرنے میں بڑھ کر ہوتا ہے( قوت بیان بڑھ کر رکھتا ہے) پھر میں (غلطی سے) اگر اس کے بھائی کا حق اس کو دلادوں تو وہ (حلال نہ سمجھے) اس کو نہ لے میں اس کو دوزخ کا ایک ٹکڑا دلاتا ہوں۔MUNAFIQ KI NISHAANIYA:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Munafiq k nishaaniya:1. Jhoot.
2. Amanath mein khayanath.
3. Wada kare toh pora na kare.
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2682; SAHIH MUSLIM: 112; TIRMIDHI: 2631; SUNAN AN NASA'i: 5024; BULUGH AL MARAM: 1528]Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The signs of a hypocrite are three: (1) whenever he speaks, he tells a lie, (2) whenever he is entrusted, he proves to be dishonest, (3) whenever he promises, he breaks his promise.
QURRA ANDAZI JAYEZ: (DRAW CHITS)Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Jabh Safar ka irada Farmaatay tih Apni biwiyou mein Qurra Andazi farmaatay aur Jinka Naam nikal ata unhay Apne saath lejatay, Apka ye bhi mamul tha kay Apni har biwi kay liye ek din aur ek raath muqarar kardi thi- Albatta Sauda binte zamiya(RA) ne Apni bari(Apni Akhri umar mein) Ayesha(RA) ko dedi thi, takay Muhammed(ﷺ) ki unko raza Hasil ho.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2688; SAHIH MUSLIM: 6673; IBN MAJAH: 2347]Narrated Aisha:Whenever Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) intended to go on a journey, he used to draw lots among his wives and would take with him the one on whom the lot fell. He also used to fix for everyone of his wives a day and a night, but Sauda bint Zam`a gave her day and night to `Aisha, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) intending thereby to please Allah's Messenger (ﷺ).
AZAN AUR AWWAL MEIN SAFF BANDHNE KI FAZILATH:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Logou ko ye maloom hota kay Azan aur Saff Awwal mein bandhne ka kitna sawab hai aur phir (unhay uskay hasil karne kay liye) Qurra Andazi karni padhti ' toh wo Qurra Andazi bhi karte aur Agar unhay maloom hojaey kay Namaaz Saweray mein padhne mein kitna sawab hai toh log Ek Dosre se sabaqath karnay lagay aur Agar unhay maloom hojaey kay Isha aur Subha ki Namaaz ki kitni Fazilath hai toh Agar Ghutnou kay bal Ana padhta toh bhi atay.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2689; SUNAN AN NASA'i: 541]Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If the people knew what is the reward of making the call (for the prayer) and (of being in) the first row (in the prayer), and if they found no other way to get this privilege except by casting lots, they would certainly cast lots for it. If they knew the reward of the noon prayer, they would race for it, and if they knew the reward of the morning (i.e. Fajr) and `Isha prayers, they would present themselves for the prayer even if they had to crawl to reach there.
APNI OULADOU MEIN INSAAF KARIEN:Nomaan bin basheer(r) ne bayan farmaay kay mere baap ne mjhe ek ghulam hadiya kiya(battour tohfa) to Nomaan(r) ki walida ne kaha kay jabh takh me is per Muhammed(s) ko gawaah na karlo jabh takh mein razi nahi hosakhti- unki walida Aap(s) ki kidmath me hazir huway aur ye sara baath bayan farmaay, toh Aap(s) ne dariyafth farmaay kay is jaisi atya(tohfa) tumne apni tamaam oulad ko diya hai? Unho ne jawab diya kay Nahi' isper Muhammed(s) farmaay, kay Allah se daro aur apni oulad kay darmiyaan insaaf ko khayam rakho-chunacha wo wapis huway aur nomaan(r) se hadiya wapis leliya(unki walida ne).[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:4: 2587, 2650; SAHIH MUSLIM:3965]Narrated By An-Nu'man bin Bashir : My mother asked my father to present me a gift from his property; and he gave it to me after some hesitation. My mother said that she would not be satisfied unless the Prophet was made a witness to it. I being a young boy, my father held me by the hand and took me to the Prophet. He said to the Prophet, "His mother, bint Rawaha, requested me to give this boy a gift." The Prophet said, "Do you have other sons besides him?" He said, "Yes." The Prophet said, "Do not make me a witness for injustice." Narrated Ash-Shabi that the Prophet said, "I will not become a witness for injustice."ہم سے عبدان نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو عبداللہ بن مبارک نے خبر دی کہا ہم کو ابو حیان (یحییٰ بن سعید) تیمی نے انھوں نے شعبی سے انھوں نے نعمان بن بشیر سے انھوں نے کہا میری والدہ نے والد سے کہا کہ وہ اپنے مال میں سے کچھ میرے نام ہبہ کر دیں(پہلے تو انھوں نے انکار کیا) پھر مان لیا اور (میرے نام) ایک غلام یا لونڈی یا باغ ہبہ کر دیا والدہ نے کہا میں اس وقت تک راضی نہ ہونگی جب تک تم اس ہبہ پر نبی ﷺ کو گواہ نہ کر دو گے یہ سن کر والد نے میرا ہاتھ پکڑا ان دنوں میں بڑا تھا مجھ کو آپؐ کے پاس لے گئے اور عرض کیا اسکی ماں نے جو رواحہ کی بیٹی ہے مجھ سے یہ(درخواست کی کہ میں اس بچے کے نام)کچھ ہبہ کردوں آپ نے پوچھا تیری اور اولاد بھی ہے اسکے سوا والد نے کہا جی ہے نعمان نے کہا میں سمجھتا ہوں آپ نے فرمایا تو مجھ کو ظلم کی بات پر گواہ نہ بنا اور ابو حریز نے شعبی سے یوں نقل کیا آپ نے فرمایا میں ظلم کی بات پر گواہ نہیں بنتا۔
