48. Kitaab Rahen kay Bayan mein (Mortgaging)

MUHMMED(S) KA GHARANE PER TANGI KA BAYAN:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') kay Gharanay mein koi aisi sham nahi guzri Jisme unkay paas ek sa Gehu ya ek sa koi galla moujud raha ho- Halakay Apkay Gharwaliyou ki taidad 9thi.

Narrated By Anas : No doubt, the Prophet mortgaged his armour for barley grams. Once I took barley bread with some dissolved fat on it to the Prophet and I heard him saying, "The household of Muhammad did not possess except a Sa (of food grain, barley, etc.) for both the morning and the evening meals although they were nine houses."


ہم سے مسلم بن ابرہیم نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے ہشام دستوائی نے کہا ہم سے قتادہ نے بیان کیا انہوں نے انسؓ سے انہوں نے کہا نبیﷺ نے اپنی زرہ جو کے بدل گرو رکھی اور (ایک دن) ایسا ہوا میں آپ کے پاس جو کی روٹی اور بودار چربی (کھانے کے لئے) لے گیا اور میں نے آپ سے سنا آپ فرماتے تھے محمد ﷺ کے گھر والوں کے پاس صبح اور شام ایک صاع اناج کے سوا اور کچھ نہ رہا حالانکہ نو گھر ہیں۔





UDHAR LIYE GIRWI RAKH KAY:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ne ek yahudi se galla kharidha ek muqarar muddath kay kharz per aur apni zara uskay yahan girwi rakhi.

Narrated By 'Aisha : The Prophet bought some foodstuff on credit for a limited period and mortgaged his armour for it.


ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے عبدالواحد بن زیاد نے کہا ہم سے اعمش نے انہوں نے کہا ہم نے ابراہیم نخعی کے پاس سلم میں گروی اور ضمانت دینے کا ذکر کیا انہوں نے کہا ہم سے اسود نے حضرت عائشہؓ سے نقل کیا کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک یہودی (ابو الشحم )سے وعدے پر اناج خریدا اور اپنی زرہ اس کے پاس گروی رکھ دی ۔





GIRWI RAKHAY HUAY JANWAAROU KAY MASAIYL:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Girwi Janwaar per uska kharch nikalne kay liye sawaari kijaey, Dudh walay Janwaar girwi ho toh uska dudh piya jaey.

Narrated By Abu Huraira : The Prophet said, "One can ride the mortgaged animal because of what one spends on it, and one can drink the milk of a milch animal as long as it is mortgaged."


ہم سے ابو نعیم نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے زکریا ابن ابی ہائدہ نے انہوں نے عامر شعبی سے انہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے آپ فرماتے تھے گروی جانور پر اس کا خرچ نکلنے کے لئے سواری کی جائے دودھ والا جانور گروی ہو تو اس کا دودھ پیا جائے۔





MAAL HADAPNE JHOOTI KASAM KHANE KA WABAL:


Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jo shaqhs Jaan bojh kar kisi ka maal Hadap karne kay liye jhooti kasam khaey toh Allahtala se wo is haal mein milega kay wo isper nihayath Gazab naak hoga Allahtala ne iski tasdeeq mein ye Ayaath nazil ki (Sura Ale Imraan ki).

Narrated By Abu Wail : Abdullah (bin Mas'ud) said, "Whoever took a false oath in order to grab somebody's property will meet Allah while Allah will be angry with him." Allah revealed the following verse to confirm that: "Verily! Those who purchase a small gain at the cost of Allah's covenant And their oaths... a painful torment."Al-Ash'ath bin Qais came to us and asked as to what Abu Abdur-Rehman (i.e. Ibn Mas'ud) was telling you." We related the story to him. On that he said, "He has told the truth. This verse was revealed about me. I had some dispute with another man regarding a well and we took the case before Allah's Apostle. Allah's Apostle said (to me), "Produce two witnesses (to support your claim); otherwise the defendant has the right to take an oath (to refute your claim).' I said, 'The defendant would not mind to take a false oath." Allah's Apostle then said, 'Whoever took a false oath in order to grab someone else's property will meet Allah, Allah will be angry with him.' Allah then revealed what Confirmed it." Al-Ash'ath then recited the following Verse: "Verily! Those who purchase a small gain at the cost of Allah's covenant, And their oaths... (to)... they shall have a painful torment!'


ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے جریر نے انہوں نے منصور سے انہوں نے ابو وائل سے انہوں نے کہا عبداللہ بن مسعود نے کہا جو کسی کا مال مار لینے کے لئے جھوٹی قسم کھائے تو جب وہ اللہ سے ملے گا اللہ اس پر غصہ ہو گا پھر اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنی کتاب میں اس کو سچ بتلایا (سورت آل عمران میں) فرمایا جو لوگ اللہ کا عہد دے کر قسمیں کھا کر دنیا کا تھوڑا سا مال لیتے ہیں اخیر آیت وَلَہُمۡ عَذَاب اَلِیۡم تک ابو وائل نے کہا پھر ایسا ہوا اشعث بن قیس ہمارے پاس آئے انہوں نے پوچھا عبداللہ بن مسعودؓ تم سے کیا حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں ہم نے یہ حدیث سنائی انہوں نے کہا سچ کہتے ہیں خدا کی قسم یہ آیت میرے مقدمہ میں اتری۔ ہوا یہ کہ مجھ میں اور ایک شخص میں کنویں کی بابت تکرار ہوئی ہم نے رسول اللہﷺ کے پاس فریاد کی آپ نے فرمایا دو گواہ لا نہیں تو اس سے قسم لے میں نے عرض کیا یارسول اللہ وہ تو قسم کھا لے گا کچھ پرواہ نہ کرے گا آپ نے فرمایا جو شخص کسی کا مال مارنے کے لئے جھوٹی قسم کھائے وہ جب اللہ سے ملے گا تو اللہ اس پر غصے ہو گا پھر اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کی تصدیق اتاری اشعت نے یہی آیت (سورت آل عمران کی) پڑھی جو لوگ اللہ کا عہد دے کر قسمیں کھا کر دنیا کا تھوڑا مول لیتے ہیں آخیر آیت وَلَہُمۡ عَذَاب اَلِیۡم تک۔
