SIDHI JANIB BAITHNAY WALOU KA PEHELA HAQ:
Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') ki kidmath mein ek Dudh aur pani ka piyala paish kiya gaya- Aap(ﷺ) ne usko piya aur apki Daey tarf(Right side) ek naou umar ladka baitha hua tha-aur kuch badhe budhay log baey tarf baithay huay the- Aap(ﷺ) ne farmaaya ladkay! Kiya tu ijazath dega kay mein phele ye piyala badhou ko dedo- Isper us ladke ne kaha 'Ya Rasool Allah! Mein toh Apkay Jhootay mein se Apna hessa ko apne siva kisi ko nahi desakhta- chunacha Aap(ﷺ) ne Apna wo piyala usi ladke ko dediya.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2351; SAHIH MUSLIM: 5035]Narrated By Sahl bin Sad : Allah's Apostle was offered something to drink. He drank of it while on his right was a boy and on his left were some elderly people. He said to the boy, "May I give these (elderly) people first?" The boy said, "By Allah, O Allah's Apostle! I will not give up my share from you to somebody else." On that Allah's Apostle placed the cup in the hand of that boy.ہم سے اسمٰعیل بن ابی اویس نے بیا ن کیا کہا مجھ سے اما م ما لک نے انہو ں نے ابو حا زم بن دینا ر سے انہو ں نے سہل بن سعدؓسے کہ رسول اللہﷺ کے پا س پینے کی کو ئی چیز لا ئی گئی آپ نے پی اس وقت آپ کے دا ہنے طرف ایک لڑکا بیٹھا تھا(ابن عباسؓ) اور بائیں طرف بو ڑھے لوگ (خا لدبن ولیدؓ وغیرہ) آپ نے لڑ کے سے اجازت لی میاں لڑ کے تم اجا زت دیتے ہو میں پہلے بوڑھوں کو دے دوں وہ بولا ہرگز نہیں یا رسول اللہ ﷺ خدا کی قسم میں تو آپ کے جھوٹے میں سے اپنا حصہ کسی کو دینے پر را ضی نہ ہو ں گا آخر رسول اللہﷺ نے اسی کے ہاتھ میں دے دیا۔SIDHI JANIB WALAYE ZIYADA HAQ DAR:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') kay paas Ek bakri kay Dudh ka piyala paish kiya gaya aur Aap(ﷺ) ne usme se Dudh piya aur jabh apne mu se piyala Juda kiya toh Baey tarf Abu Baker siddiq(RA) baithay huay the aur Daey tarf Ek dihati tha- Umar(RA) Daray kay Aap(ﷺ) Kahin wo piyala us dihati ko na de dien us liye unho ne Arz kiya kay Ya Rasool Allah! Abu baker siddiq(RA) ko dedijiye lekin Aap(ﷺ) ne piyala usi dihati ko diya jo apki daey tarf tha aur Farmaaya kay Daey tarf wala ziyada Haq dar hai-phir wo jo uski Daey tarf ho.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2352; SAHIH MUSLIM 5032]Narrated By Az-Zuhri : Anas bin Malik said, that once a domestic sheep was milked for Allah's Apostle while he was in the house of Anas bin Malik. The milk was mixed with water drawn from the well in Anas's house. A tumbler of it was presented to Allah's Apostle who drank from it. Then Abu Bakr was sitting on his left side and a bedouin on his right side. When the Prophet removed the tumbler from his mouth, 'Umar was afraid that the Prophet might give it to the bedouin, so he said. "O Allah's Apostle! Give it to Abu Bakr who is sitting by your side." But the Prophet gave it to the bedouin, who was to his right and said, "You should start with the one on your right side."ہم سے ابو الیمان نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی انہوں نے زہری سے کہا مجھ سے انسؓ بن مالک نے بیان کیا کہ ایک بکری انس بن مالکؓ کےگھر میں پلی ہوئی تھی اس کا دودھ رسول اللہﷺ کے لئے دوہا گیا اور اس میں اس کنویں کا پانی ملا دیا گیا جو انسؓ کے گھر میں تھا پھر رسول اللہﷺ کو اس کا پیالہ (پینے کے لئے) دیا گیا آپؐ نے اس میں سے پیا جب پیالہ منہ سے جدا کیا تو دیکھا ابو بکر صدیقؓ آپ کی بائیں طرف بیٹھے ہیں اور ایک گنوار آپ کی داہنی طرف بیٹھا ہے حضرت عمر ڈرے کہیں آپ یہ پیالہ اس گنوار کو نہ دے دیں انہوں نے عرض کیا یارسول اللہ ﷺ (پہلے) ابو بکر کو دیجیے جو آپ کے پاس بیٹھے ہیں آپ نے پہلے اس گنوار کو دیا اور فرمایا داہنی طرف والا زیادہ حقدار ہےپھر جو اس کی داہنی طرف ہو۔PANI LENE SE KISI KO NA ROKO:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, kay Faltu pani se kisi ko is garz se na roko kay Jo ghaas zarurath se ziyada ho ussay bhi rokhlo.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2354]Narrated By Abu Huraira : That Allah's Apostle said, "Do not withhold the superfluous water in order to withhold the superfluous grass."ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے لیث نے انہوں نے عقیل سے انہوں نے ابن شہاب سے انہوں نے سعید بن مسیب اور ابو سلمیٰ سے انہوں نےابوہریرہؓ سےانہوں نے کہا رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا حاجت سے زیادہ جو پانی ہو اس کو اس غرض سے نہ روکو کہ جو گھانس ضرورت سے زیادہ ہے وہ بھی روکو۔KOEYLE KI KAAN AUR JANWAAROU SE AUR KUWAY ME GIRKAR MARNE PER TAAWUN NAHI:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Kaan (mein marne walay) ka Taawon nahi, kuway (mein girkar marne walay) ka taawun nahi- aur kisi ka Janwaar (Agar kisi admi ko mardien toh uska) taawun nahi- gadhay huay maal mein se 5th hessa dena hoga.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2355, SAHIH MUSLIM: 4242]Narrated By Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle said, "No blood-money will be charged if somebody dies in a mine or in a well or is killed by an animal; and if somebody finds a treasure in his land he has to give one-fifth of it to the Government."ہم سےمحمود بن غیلان نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے عبیداللہ بن موسیٰ نے انھوں نے اسرائیل سے انہوں نے ابو حصین سے انہوں نے ابو صالح سے انہوں نے ابوہریرہؓ سے کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا کہ کان سے جو نقصان ہو اس پر تاوان ہو گا اسی طرح کنویں سے اسی طرح جانو ر سے اور گڑھے ہوئے مال میں پانچواں حصہ دینا ہو گا۔ALLAH GAZAB NAAK HOGA LOGOU KA MAAL KHABZA KARNE WALOU PER:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Kay jo shaqhs koi aisi jhooti kasam khai Jiskay zariye wo kisi musalmaan kay maal per nahaq khabza karlien toh wo Allah se is haal mein milega kay Allahtala usper bohath ziyada gazab naak hoga.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2356]Narrated By 'Abdullah (bin Mas'ud) : The Prophet said, "Whoever takes a false oath to deprive somebody of his property will meet Allah while He will be angry with him." Allah revealed: 'Verily those who purchase a little gain at the cost of Allah's covenant, and their oaths.'.Al-Ash'ath came (to the place where 'Abdullah was narrating) and said, "What has Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (i.e. Abdullah) been telling you? This verse was revealed concerning me. I had a well in the land of a cousin of mine. The Prophet asked me to bring witnesses (to confirm my claim). I said, 'I don't have witnesses.' He said, 'Let the defendant take an oath then.' I said, 'O Allah's Apostle! He will take a (false) oath immediately.' Then the Prophet mentioned the above narration and Allah revealed the verse to confirm what he had said."ہم سے عبدان نے بیان کیا انہوں نے ابو حمزہ سے انہوں نے اعمش سے انہوں نے شقیق سے انہوں نے عبداللہ بن مسعودؓ سے انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے آپ نے فرمایا جو شخص جھوٹی قسم کھا کر کسی کا مال مارے تو وہ اللہ سے جب ملے گا تو وہ اس پر غصہ ہو گا پھر (سورت آل عمران کی یہ آیت ) اللہ نے اتاری جو لوگ اللہ کے عہد کو درمیان دے کر جھوٹی قسمیں کھا کر دنیا کا تھوڑا مال لیتے ہیں آخیر آیت تک پھر اشعث آئے انہوں نے کہا عبداللہ بن مسعود تم سے کیا بیان کرتے ہیں۔ یہ آیت تو میرے باب میں اتری ہے ہوا یہ تھا کہ میرے چچا زاد بھائی کی زمین میں میرا ایک کنواں تھا (اس کا جھگڑا ہوا) آپؐ نے مجھ سے پوچھا تیرے پاس گواہ ہیں میں نے کہا گواہ نہیں ہیں آپ نے فرمایا تو پھر دوسرے فریق سے قسم لے لے میں نے کہا یارسول اللہﷺ وہ تو قسم کھا لے گا اس وقت آپ نے یہ حدیث بیان فرمائی پھر اللہ تعالٰی نے اس کی تصدیق میں یہ آیت اتاری۔3 TARHA KAY LOGOU PER QAYAMATH KAY DIN ALLAH GAZABNAAK HOGA:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, 3tarha kay log wo hongay Jinki tarf Qayamath kay din Allahtala nazar bhi nahi uthaega aur na unhay paak karega- Balkay unkay liye dardnaak azab hoga:1. Wo shaqhs Jiskay paas rastay mein zarurath se ziyada pani ho aur usne kisi musafir ko iskay istemal se rokhdiya.
2. Wo shaqhs Jo kisi Hakim se bait sirf Duniya kay liye kare kay Agar wo Hakim ussay kuch dien toh wo razi rahay warna khafa hojaey.
3. Jo koi Apna saman bachnay Asar kay badh lekar khada hua aur kahene laga kay Is Allah ki kasam jiskay sivai koi mabood nahi, mjhe is saman ki itni itni khemath milrai thi, isper ek shaqhs ne pucha, is per ek shaqhs ne sach samjha (Aur us shaqhs ne bataey hui khemath per kharidhliya).
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2358, SAHIH MUSLIM: 196]Narrated By Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle said, "There are three persons whom Allah will not look at on the Day of Resurrection, nor will he purify them and theirs shall be a severe punishment. They are: A man possessed superfluous water, on a way and he withheld it from travellers.A man who gave a pledge of allegiance to a ruler and he gave it only for worldly benefits. If the ruler gives him something he gets satisfied, and if the ruler withholds something from him, he gets dissatisfied.And man displayed his goods for sale after the 'Asr prayer and he said, 'By Allah, except Whom None has the right to be worshipped, I have been given so much for my goods,' and somebody believes him (and buys them)."The Prophet then recited: "Verily! Those who purchase a little gain at the cost of Allah's Covenant and their oaths." ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے عبدالواحد بن زیاد نے انہوں نے اعمش سے انہوں نے کہا میں نے ابو صالح سے سنا وہ کہتے تھے میں نےابوہریرہؓ سے سنا وہ کہتے تھے رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا تین آدمیوں کی طرف تو اللہ قیامت کے دن دیکھے گا بھی نہیں نہ ان کو پاک کرے گا اور ان کو دکھ کا عذاب ہو گاایک تو وہ شخص جس کے پاس راہ میں ضرورت سے زیادہ پانی ہو اور وہ مسافر کو نہ دے دوسرے وہ شخص جو حاکم سے بیعت کرے دنیا کی غرض سے اگر وہ کچھ دے (دنیا کا فائدہ ہو) تب تو راضی رہے ورنہ خفا ہو جائے تیسرے وہ شخص جو عصر کی نماز کے بعد اپنا اسباب بازار میں بتلائے اور کہے اس خدا کی قسم جس کے سوا کوئی سچا معبود نہیں مجھ کو اس کی قیمت یہ ملتی تھی (لیکن میں نے نہ دیا) پھر کوئی شخص اس کو سچا سمجھے(اور دھوکے میں آکر خریدے) بعد اس کے آپ نے یہ آیت پڑھی جو لوگ اللہ کو درمیان دے کر جھوٹی قسمیں کھا کر دنیا کا تھوڑا سامان مول لیتے ہیں۔KUTTAY KO PANI PILANE PER JANNATH:Mohammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, ek shaqhs jaraha tha ussay Saqth pani ki piyaas lagi- usnay ek kuway mein utarkar pani piya- phir bahar aya toh dekha kay ek kutta Hanpra tha Pani ki piyaas ki wjhese kichaad chaat raha hai- usnay (Apne Dil mein) kaha kay ye bhi us waqt aisa hai piyaas mein mubtela jaise bhi mjhe lagi hui thi- (chunacha phir wo admi kuway mein utra) aur Apnay chamday kay mozay ko (pani se ) bhar kar ussay apne mu mein pakday huay uppar aya aur kuttay ko pani pilaya- Allahtala ne uskay is kaam ko Qubool kiya aur uski maghfirath Farmaayi' Har jaandar mein sawaab hai.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2363; SAHIH MUSLIM: 5577]Narrated By Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle said, "While a man was walking he felt thirsty and went down a well and drank water from it. On coming out of it, he saw a dog panting and eating mud because of excessive thirst. The man said, 'This (dog) is suffering from the same problem as that of mine. So he (went down the well), filled his shoe with water, caught hold of it with his teeth and climbed up and watered the dog. Allah thanked him for his (good) deed and forgave him." The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle! Is there a reward for us in serving (the) animals?" He replied, "Yes, there is a reward for serving any animate."ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف تنیسی نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو امام مالک نے خبر دی انہوں نے سمی سے انہوں نے ابو صالح سے انہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے کہ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا کہ ایک بار ایسا ہوا کہ ایک شخص (رستے میں) جا رہا تھا اس کو زور کی پیاس لگی وہ کنویں میں اترا اور پانی پیا اندر سے نکلا دیکھا تو ایک کتا ہانپ رہا ہے پیاس کے مارے کیچڑ چاٹ رہا ہے اس نے اپنے دل میں کہا آخر اس پر بھی وہی تکلیف ہو گی جو مجھ پر تھی اس نے اپنا موزہ پانی سے بھرا اور منہ میں تھام کر اوپر چڑھا کتے کو پانی پلایا اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کے اس کام کی قدر کی اور اس کو بخش دیا یہ سن کر صحابہ نے عرض کیا یارسول اللہ کیا جانوروں کو پانی پلانے میں بھی ہم کو ثواب ملے گا آپ نے فرمایا کیوں نہیں ہر تازے جگر والے میں ثواب ہے۔HOUZ-E-KAUSAR SE HAKALDIYE JAENGAY KAFIR LOG:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Is Zaath ki kasam jiskay haath mein meri jaan hai- (Mein Qayamath kay din) Apne Houz se kuch logou ko is tarha hank donga jaise Ajnabi ount Houz se Hak diye jatay hai.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2367; SAHIH MUSLIM: 5686]Narrated By Abu Huraira : The Prophet said, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, I will drive some people out from my (sacred) Fount on the Day of Resurrection as strange camels are expelled from a private trough."ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے غندر نے کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے انہوں نے محمد بن زیاد سے انہوں نے کہا میں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے سنا انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے آپ نے فرمایا قسم اس کی جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے میں تو (قیامت کے دن) اپنے حوض پر سے کچھ لوگوں کو ایسے ہانک دوں گا جیسے پرائے اونٹ حوض پر سے نکال دیے جاتے ہیں۔ZAMZAM KA KUWA:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Ismail(AS) ki walida (Hazrath Hajera(AS) per Allah rahem farmaay, Agar unho ne Zamzam ko chodhdiya hota, ya yu farmaaya kay agar wo zamzam se chullu bhar bhar kay na letay toh wo ek baheta chashma hota.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2368]Narrated By Ibn 'Abbas : The Prophet said, "May Allah be merciful to the mother of Ishmael! If she had left the water of Zam-Zam (fountain) as it was, (without constructing a basin for keeping the water), (or said, "If she had not taken handfuls of its water"), it would have been a flowing stream. Jurhum (an Arab tribe) came and asked her, 'May we settle at your dwelling?' She said, 'Yes, but you have no right to possess the water.' They agreed."ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو عبدالرزاق نے خبر دی کہا ہم کو معمر نے خبر دی انہوں نے ابو ایوب اور کثیر بن کثیر سے ایک نے دوسرے سے کچھ زیادہ بیان کیا اور انہوں نے سعید بن جبیر سے انہوں نے کہا ابن عباسؓ نے کہا نبیﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ اسماعیل کی ماں (حضرت ہاجرہ) پر رحم کرے اگر وہ زمزم کو چھوڑ دیتیں (اس کے گرد مینڈھ نہ اٹھائیں) یا یوں فرمایا اگر وہ زمزم سے چلو بھر بھر کر نہ لیتیں تو وہ ایک بہتا ہوا چشمہ ہوتا اور جرہم قبیلہ کے لوگ ان کے پاس آئے کہنے لگے تم ہم کو اپنے پاس اترنے کی اجازت دیتی ہو انہوں نے کہا اچھا لیکن پانی میں تمہارا کوئی دعویٰ نہیں انہوں نے کہا بیشک۔SAQTH MAHENATH BAHETAR HAI LOG SE MANGNE SE:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Agar koi shaqhs Rassi lekar lakdiyou ka gatta laey' phir ussay baichay(Sale) aur is tarha Allahtala uski Abro mehfooz rakhay toh ye ussay bahetar hai kay wo logou kay samne Haath phelaiy aur (Bheek) ussay di jaey ya na di jaey- uski bhi koi umeed na ho.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2373, SAHIH MUSLIM: 2267, SUNAN AN NASA'i: 2585]Narrated By Az-Zubair bin Al 'Awwam : The Prophet said, "No doubt, one had better take a rope (and cut) and tie a bundle of wood and sell it whereby Allah will keep his face away (from Hell-fire) rather than ask others who may give him or not."ہم سے معلیٰ بن اسد نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے وہیب نے انہوں نے ہشام بن عروہ سے انہوں نے اپنے باپ سے انہوں نے زبیر بن عوام سے انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے آپ نے فرمایا اگر تم میں کوئی ایک رسی لے اور لکڑی کا گٹھہ لا کر بیچے اس سے اپنا گزر کرے اور اپنی عزت بچائے تو اس سے بہتر ہے کہ لوگوں سے سوال کرے وہ دیں یا نہ دیں۔OUNTOU KA HAQ:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Ountou ka haq ye hai kay unka Dudh pani kay paas dhoya jaey.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2377]Narrated By Abu Huraira : The Prophet said, "One of the rights of a she camel is that it should be milked at a place of water."ہم سے ابراہیم بن منذر نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے محمد بن فلیح نے کہا مجھ سے میرے والد نے انہوں نے ہلال بن علی سے انہوں نے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی عمرہ سے انہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے آپ نے فرمایا اونٹنیوں کا یہ حق ہے کہ ان کا دودھ پانی کے پاس دوہا جائے۔
