Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Agar koi Shaqhs Apnay bhai ko (Apni zameen) Muft dedien toh ye ussay bahetar hai kay Uska mahsool lien.[SAHIH BUQHARI:3: 2300]Narrated By 'Amr : I said to Tawus, "I wish you would give up Mukhabara (Share-cropping), for the people say that the Prophet forbade it." On that Tawus replied, "O 'Amr! I give the land to share-croppers and help them. No doubt; the most learned man, namely Ibn 'Abbas told me that the Prophet had not forbidden it but said, 'It is more beneficial for one to give his land free to one's brother than to charge him a fixed rental."ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عُییَنہ نے عمرو بن دینار سے انہوں نے کہا میں نے طاؤس سے کہا تم بٹائی چھوڑ دو تو بہتر ہے لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ نبیﷺ نے بٹائی سے منع کیا ہے طاؤس نے کہا لوگوں کو زمین دیتا ہوں اور صحابہ میں جو بڑے عالم تھے یعنے ابن عباسؓ انہوں نے مجھ سے کہا نبیﷺ نے بٹائی سے منع نہیں کیا البتہ یہ فرمایا اگر کوئی تم میں اپنے بھائی کو یوں ہی مفت زمین دیدے تو یہ اس سے بہتر ہے کہ اس کا محصول لے ۔DARAQTH LAGANAY KI FAZILATH:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Koi bhi musalmaan jo ek Daraqth ka pouda lagaey ya khet mein Beench boey phir usme se Parind ya Insaan ya Janwaar Jo bhi khatay hai wo usiki tarf se sadqa hai.[SAHIH BUQHARI:3: 2320; SAHIH MUSLIM: 3764]Narrated By Anas bin Malik : Allah's Apostle said, "There is none amongst the Muslims who plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person or an animal eats from it, but is regarded as a charitable gift for him."ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے ابو عوانہ نے دوسری سند اور مجھ سے عبدالرحمٰن بن مبارک نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے ابو عوانہ نے، انہوں نے قتادہ سے، انہوں نے انسؓ سے انہوں نے کہا رسول اللہﷺنے فرمایا جو مسلمان کوئی (میوہ دار) درخت لگائے یا کھیتی کرے پھر اس میں سے کوئی پرندہ یا آدمی یا چوپایہ جانور کھائے تو اس کو صدقے کا ثواب ملے گا امام بخاری نے کہا اور ہم سے مسلم بن ابراہیم نے کہا ہم سے ابان نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے قتادہ نے کہا ہم سے انسؓ نے انہوں نبیﷺ سے۔KHETI BADI KI FAZILATH BHI AUR USSAY ZILLATH BHI:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, (Kheti kay saman per nazar padhi toh) Jis Qoum kay ghar mein ye cheez daqil hojati hai toh apnay saath zillath bhi lati hai.(Yani kheti kay kaam mein masruf hojana aur Islam kay Farz mein rukawath ajaey toh)
[SAHIH BUQHARI:3: 2321]Narrated By Abu Umama al-Bahili : I saw some agricultural equipments and said: "I heard the Prophet saying: "There is no house in which these equipment enters except that Allah will cause humiliation to enter it."ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے عبداللہ بن سالم حمصی نے کہا ہم سے محمد بن زیاد الہانی نے انہوں نے ابو امامہ باہلیؓ سے کہ انہوں نے ہل دیکھا(ناگر) اور کچھ کھیتی کا سامان تو کہنے لگے میں نے نبیﷺ سے سنا آپ فرماتے تھے جس قوم میں یہ گھسا اللہ اس کو ذلیل و خوار کر دے گا۔ امام بخاری نے کہا ابو امامہ کا نام صدی ابن عجلان ہے۔KUTTA PAALNE KA NUQSAAN:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jis Shaqhs ne koi kutta rakha, usnay rozana Apnay Amal se ek khairaath ki kami karli- Albatta kheti ya moaishi (ki Hifazath kay liye) kuttay ussay alag hai.Bakri kay raiwad, kheti aur shikar kay kuttay alag hai.
[SAHIH BUQHARI:3: 2322, SAHIH MUSLIM: 3815, TIRMIDHI: 1487, SUNAN AN NASA'i: 4291,IBN MAJAH :3206]Narrated By Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever keeps a dog, one Qirat of the reward of his good deeds is deducted daily, unless the dog is used for guarding a farm or cattle." Abu Huraira (in another narration) said from the Prophet, "unless it is used for guarding sheep or farms, or for hunting." Narrated Abu Hazim from Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "A dog for guarding cattle or for hunting."ہم سے معاذ بن فضالہ نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے ہشام نے انہوں نے یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر سے انہوں نے ابو سلمہ سے انہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے، انہوں نے کہا رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا جس نے کتا رکھا اس کے نیک اعمال کا ثواب ایک قیراط روز کم ہوتا رہے گا البتہ کھیت یا ریوڑ کی حفاظت کے لیے کتا رکھ سکتا ہے ابن سیرین اور ابو صالح نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے یوں روایت کیا البتہ بکریوں یا کھیت یا شکار کے لیے کتا رکھ سکتا ہے اور ابو حازم نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے یوں نقل کیا ہے۔ البتہ شکار یا ریوڑ کا کتا رکھ سکتا ہے۔KHAIBER KI ZAMEEN KA BAYAN:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ne Khaibar ki Zameen yahudiyou ko is shart per sophi thi kay isme mahenath kare aur Jotien boey aur iski paidawar ka adha hessa lien.[SAHIH BUQHARI:3: 2331; SAHIH MUSLIM: 3763]Narrated By Ibn 'Umar : The Prophet made a deal with the people of Khaibar that they would have half the fruits and vegetation of the land they cultivated.ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید نے انہوں نے عبیداللہ سے کہا مجھ سے نافع نے بیان کیا انہوں نے ابن عمرؓ سے انہوں نے کہا نبیﷺ نے خیبر کے یہودیوں سے آدھی پیداوار پر اناج ہو یا میوہ بٹائی کر لی ۔KHALI ZAMEEN AABAD KARNE KI FAZILATH:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jisnay koi Aisi zameen Aabad ki, Jisper kisi ka haq nahi tha toh us Zameen ka wohi haqdaar hai.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2335]Narrated By 'Aisha : The Prophet said, "He who cultivates land that does not belong to anybody is more rightful (to own it)." 'Urwa said, "Umar gave the same verdict in his Caliphate."ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے انہوں نے عبیداللہ بن ابی جعفر سے انہوں نے محمد بن عبدالرحمٰن سے انہوں نے عروہ سے انہوں نے حضرت عائشہؓ سے انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے آپ نے فرمایا جو شخص ایسی( نا آباد) زمین کو آباد کرے جو کسی کی ملک نہ ہو وہ اس کا زیادہ حقدار ہے ۔عروہ نے کہا حضرت عمرؓ نے اپنی خلافت میں یہی فیصلہ کیا۔ZAMEEN KA BAYAN:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, kay Jiskay paas zameen ho toh ussay, khud boey warna apnay kisi (Musalmaan) bhai ko baqsh dien aur agar ye nahi karskhtay toh Ussay yuhi khali chodh dien.[SAHIH BUQHARI:3: 2341, SAHIH MUSLIM: 3720, IBN MAJAH: 2452, SUNAN AN NASA'i:3905]Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever has land should cultivate it himself or give it to his (Muslim) brother gratis; otherwise he should keep it uncultivated."اور ربیع بن نافع ابو توبہ نے کہا ہم سے معاویہ بن سلام نے بیان کیا انہوں نے یحیی ٰبن ابی کثیر سے انہوں نے ابو سلمہ سے انہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے انہوں نے کہا رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا جس کے پاس زمین ہو وہ اس میں خود کھیتی کرے یا اپنے بھائی مسلمان کو دے دے(رعایت کے طور پر) ورنہ زمین خالی پڑی رہنے دے۔KHETOU KA BAYAN:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') khetou ko kiraye per dene se manaa Farmaay, Ibne Umar(RA) ne kaha kay Apko Maloom hai Muhammed(ﷺ) kay Ahad mein hum apnay khetou ko us paidawar kay badlay Jo nalou per ho aur thodi ghaas kay badle diya karte the.[SAHIH BUQHARI:3: 2344]Then he was told the narration of Rafi 'bin Khadij that the Prophet had forbidden the renting of farms. Ibn 'Umar (R.A)went to Rafi' and I accompanied him. He asked Rafi who replied that the Prophet had forbidden the renting of farms. Ibn 'Umar said, "You know that we used to rent our farms in the life-time of Allah's Apostle for the yield of the banks of the water streams (rivers) and for certain amount of figs.پھر ان کو رافع بن خدیج کی یہ حدیث سنائی گئی کہ نبیﷺ نے کھیتوں کو کرائے پر دینے سے منع فرمایا ہے تو وہ خود رافع کے پاس گئے میں بھی ان کے ساتھ تھا ان سے پوچھا رافع نے کہا نبیﷺ نے کھیتوں کو کرائے پر دینے سے منع فرمایا ہے ابن عمرؓ نے کہاتم جانتے ہو کہ ہم رسول اللہﷺ کے زمانے میں اپنے کھیت اس پیداوار کے بدل جو نالیوں پر ہو اور تھوڑی گھاس کے بدل کرایہ پر دیا کرتے تھے ۔QURESH AUR ANSAR JANNATH MEIN KHETI BADI KARINGAY:KHETI BADI KI FAZILATH:
Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Bayan Farmaay, ek dihati bhi majlis mein hazir tha, kay Ahel Jannath me se ek shaqhs Apnay rab se kheti karnay ki ijazath chahega, Allahtala ussay Farmaega kya tu Apnay moujuda halaath per tu razi nahi hai? Wo shaqhs kahega 'kyun nahi! Lekin mera jee kheti karna chahata hai- Muhammed(ﷺ) Farmaay, ky phir usnay binch(Seeds) dala- palak jhapakne mein wo ugg(Growing crops) bhi aya- pak bhi gaya aur kaat bhi liya gaya-aur uskay donou pahadou ki tarha hua- Abh Allahtala Farmaata hai 'Ae Ibne Adam! Ussay rakh lien 'tujhe koi cheez aswada nahi karsakhati- ye sunkar dihaati ne kaha kay kasam Allah ki wo toh koi Quresh ya Ansari hi hoga- kyunkay ye log kheti karne walay hai- humtoh kheti hi nahi kartay- us baath per Muhammed(ﷺ) ko Hasi agae.[SAHIH BUQHARI:3: 2348]Narrated By Abu Huraira : Once the Prophet was narrating (a story), while a bedouin was sitting with him. "One of the inhabitants of Paradise will ask Allah to allow him to cultivate the land. Allah will ask him, 'Are you not living in the pleasures you like?' He will say, 'Yes, but I like to cultivate the land.' " The Prophet added, "When the man (will be permitted he) will sow the seeds and the plants will grow up and get ripe, ready for reaping and so on till it will be as huge as mountains within a wink. Allah will then say to him, 'O son of Adam! Take here you are, gather (the yield); nothing satisfies you.' " On that, the bedouin said, "The man must be either from Quraish (i.e. an emigrant) or an Ansari, for they are farmers, whereas we are not farmers." The Prophet smiled (at this).ہم سے محمد بن سنان نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے فلیح نے کہا ہم سے ھلال بن علی نے دوسری سند اور ہم سے عبداللہ ابن محمد نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے ابو عامر نے کہا ہم سے فلیح نے انہوں نے ہلال بن علی سے انہوں نے عطاء بن یسار سے،انہوں نے ابوہریرہؓ سے ،انہوں نے کہا ایک دن نبیﷺ باتیں کر رہے تھے آپ کے پاس ایک جنگل کا رہنے والا شخص بیٹھا تھا کہ جنت کے لوگوں میں سے ایک شخص اپنے پروردگار سے کھیتی کرنے کی اجازت مانگے گا پروردگار فرمائے گا کیا تو جو جو چاہتا ہے وہ تیرے پاس نہیں وہ عرض کرے گا بیشک ہے لیکن مجھ کو کھیتی کرنا پسند ہے خیر وہ بیج ڈالے گا اور پلک مارتے وہ اُگ آئے گا اور سیدھا ہو جائے گا اور کاٹنے کے لائق ہو جائے گا پہاڑوں کی طرح ہو جائے گا اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا آدم کے بیٹے (اب خوش ہو ) تیرا پیٹ بھرنے والا نہیں یہ سن کر جنگلی کہنے لگا یہ شخص یا قریشی ہو گا یا انصاری وہی کھیتی کیا کرتے ہیں اور ہم تو کھیتی باڑی کے لوگ ہیں نہیں نبیﷺ مسکرا دیے ۔DARAQTH LAGANE KI FAZILATH:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jo Musalmaan Daraqth lagaega phir usme se koi khae toh lagane walay ko sadqe ka sawab milega aur chori jaega toh usme bhi Sadqe ka sawab milega aur Jo darinday khaengay toh bhi aur jo parinday khaengay to bhi sadqe ka sawab milega aur koi kum nahi karega usko koi magar Sadqe ka sawab hoga.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3764]It was narrated that Jabir said: "The Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') said: 'There is no Muslim who plants something but whatever is eaten of it is charity for him, and whatever is stolen from it is charity for him, and whatever the wild animals eat from it is charity for him, and whatever the birds eat from it is charity for him; no one takes anything from it but it will be charity for him."'حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا جس مسلمان نے کوئی پودا لگایا تو اس درخت سے جو کھایا گیا وہ اس کے لئے صدقہ ہے جو اس سے چوری کیا گیا وہ بھی اس کے لئے صدقہ ہے اور جو درندوں نے کھایا وہ بھی اس کے لئے صدقہ ہے، اور جو پرندوں نے کھایا وہ بھی اس کے لئے صدقہ ہے اور جو آدمی اس میں سے کم کرے گا وہ اس کا صدقہ ہوجائے گا۔MAIWAY ALLAH KI NAIMATH HAI:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, agar Allahtala maiway na ugai toh tum kiskay badle apne bhai ka maal logay.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3775]It was narrated from Abu Az-Zubair that he heard Jabir bin 'Abdullah say: "The Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') said: 'If you sell some fruit to your brother then it is stricken with blight, it is not permissible for you to take anything from him. Why would you take your brother's wealth unlawfully?"'حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا: اگر تم اپنے بھائی کو پھل بیچ دو ، پھر ان پھلوں کو کوئی آفت لاحق ہوجائے ، تو تمہارے لیے اس سے کوئی عوض لینا جائز نہیں ہے ، تم بغیر کسی حق کے اپنے بھائی کا مال کس چیز کے عوض لوگے؟MUFLEES ZIYADA HAQ DAR HAI MILA SO MAAL KA:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, koi shaqhs apna maal kisi shaqhs kay paas paey aur wo muflis hoga ho toh ziyada haq dar hai us maal ka ourou se.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3782]Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') said - or I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say - : 'Whoever finds his property with a man who has become bankrupt' - or 'a person who has become bankrupt - he is more entitled to it than anyone else.'"حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺکو یہ فرماتے سناہے : جو آدمی اپنی چیز کو بعینہ اس شخص یا انسان کے پاس پائے جو دیوالیہ ہوچکا ہو تو وہ آدمی دوسروں کی بہ نسبت اس چیز کا زیادہ حقدار ہے۔KUTTA AUR BILLI KI KHEMATH NA KHAEY:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Manaa Farmaay, kuttay aur billi ki khemath khane se.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3808, TIRMIDHI: 1279]It was narrated that Abu Az-Zubair said: "I asked Jabir about the price of dogs and cats." He said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade that."ابو زبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کتے اور بلی کی قیمت کے حوالے سے سوال کیا ، انہوں نے کہا: کہ نبی ﷺنے اس سے روکا ہے۔KUTTOU KO MARDALNE KA HUKOOM:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') kuttou ko mardalne ka hukoom Farmaay.[SAHIH MUSLIM:3809, IBN MAJAH: 3202]It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: "The Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ordered that dogs be killed, and he sent word to all quarters of Al-Madinah saying that they should be killed."حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے کتوں کو قتل کرنے کاحکم دیا، اور مدینہ کے اطراف میں کتوں کو قتل کرنے کے لیے آدمی روانہ کیے۔KUNSE KUTTAY NA MARAY JAEY ISKA BAYAN:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Hukoom Farmaay, kuttu ko mardalne ka magar Shikari kuttay ya bakriya ki mandi ka kutta janwaarou ki hifazath ka.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3812, SUNAN AN NASA'i: 4284, IBN MAJAH: 3203]It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') enjoined the killing of dogs, except dogs for hunting, and dogs for herding sheep or livestock. It was said to Ibn 'Umar: "Abu Hurairah says: 'Or farm dogs.' Ibn 'Umar said: 'Abu Hurairah had farmland.'"حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے کتوں کو قتل کرنے کا حکم دیا ، ماسوائے شکاری کتے اور بکریوں یا مویشیوں کی حفاظت کے کتے۔حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا گیا کہ حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کھیت کے کتے کا بھی استثناء کرتے ہیں۔حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس کھیت ہے ۔KALAY KUTTAY MARDALNE KA HUKOOM:Sahaba(RA) Kuttay mardalte the yahan takh kay aurath Jungal se ati apne kuttay kay saath toh hum usko bhi mardalte phir Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ne manaa kiya kuttaou kay mardalne se aur Farmaaya kay Mardalo kallay(black colour) kuttay Jiskay ankh per 2 Safed tikkay ho wo shaitaan hota hai.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3813, ABU DAWOOD: 2839]Jabir bin 'Abdullah said: "The Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') ordered us to kill dogs, and even if a woman came from the desert with her dog, we would kill it. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade killing them, and said: 'You should kill the dark black (dog) with two (white) spots (above its eyes), for it is a devil."'حضرت جابر بن عبد اللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے ہمیں کتوں کو قتل کرنے کا حکم دیا یہاں تک کہ کوئی عورت دیہات سے اپنا کتا لیکر آتی تو ہم اس کتے کو بھی قتل کردیتے ، پھر نبی ﷺنے اس کتےکو قتل کرنے سے منع کردیا ، اور فرمایا : اس کالے سیاہ کتے کو قتل کردو جو دو نقطے والا ہو، کیونکہ وہ شیطان ہے۔SHARAB, MURDAR KA GOSHT, SUWAR, BOOTOU KI BAAH HARAM HAI:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Sharab, Murdar ka gosht, suwar, bootou ki baah haram hai, yahud ko Allahtala tabha kardien, jabh unper Allahtala ne haram kiye Charbi toh unho ne usko piglaya aur (khaya charbi ko) aur ussay baihkar uski khemath khai.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3840]It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that he heard the Messenger of Allah (''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') say, during the Year of the Conquest while he was in Makkah: "Allah and His Messenger have forbidden the sale of wine, dead meat, pork and idols." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about the fat of dead meat, for it is used for caulking ships, daubing hides, and the people use it in their lamps?" He said: "No, it is unlawful." Then the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "May Allah destroy the Jews, for Allah forbade the fat to them, but they melted it, then they sold it and consumed its price."حضرت جابر بن عبد اللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے مکہ میں فتح مکہ کے سال یہ فرمایا: اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺنے شراب، مردار اور خنزیر، اور بتوں کی بیع کو حرام کردیا ہے ، عرض کیا گیا : یارسول اللہ ﷺ! یہ فرمائیے کہ مردار کی چربی کا کیا حکم ہے ؟ کیونکہ اس کو کشتیوں پر ملا جاتا ہے اور وہ کھالوں پر لگائی جاتی ہے اور لوگ اس سے روشنی حاصل کرتے ہیں ۔آپ ﷺنے فرمایا: نہیں وہ حرام ہے ۔ پھر رسول اللہ ﷺنے اسی وقت فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ یہود کو ہلاک کردے جب اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان پر مردار کی چربیوں کو حرام کیا تو انہوں نے اس کو پگھلا کر بیچ دیا اور اس کی قیمت کھالی۔SONA KA HESAB KHALIS KARE NAG ALAG KARKAR:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') kay paas ek necklace laya gaya Jisme nag(stones) bhi the aur sona bhi, Aap(ﷺ) ne hukoom kiya uska sona juda kiya gaya phir Aap(ﷺ) Farmaay, abh sone ko sone kay badle baicha karo baraber tol karkay.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3863]Fadalah bin 'Ubaid Al-Ansari said: "When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was in Khaibar, a necklace containing pearls and gold was brought to him. It was part of the spoils of war to be sold. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered that the gold in the necklace be extracted. Then Abu Hurairah said: "Why do I see you objecting to it? By Allah, I will keep reminding you of it."حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی آدمی اپنی دیوار پر پڑوسی کو شہتیر رکھنے سے منع نہ کرے ،راوی فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا : کیا سبب ہے کہ میں تمہیں اس حکم سے اعتراض کرتے ہوئے دیکھتا ہوں ؟ اللہ کی قسم ! میں یہ شہتیر تمہارے کندھوں پر رکھ دوں گا۔KISI KI ZULM SE ZAMEEN CHIN LENE KA WABAL:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jo shaqhs ek baalshat baraber zameen zulm se lelega Allahtala Qayamat kay roz usko 7 zameenou ka touq pinhadinga.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3920, SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2452]It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Zaid bin 'Amr bin Nufail that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever seizes a handspan of land unlawfully, Allah will shackle his neck with it, to seven earths on the Day of Resurrection."حضرت سعید بن زید بن عمرو بن نفیل رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا: جس آدمی نے ایک بالشت زمین بھی ظلما لی ، قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ سات طبقوں تک کی اس زمین کو طوق بناکر ڈال دے گا۔RASTOU KAY MAMLE MEIN 7 HAATH CHODHAN RAKHO:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, Jabh tum Raah mein iqhtilaf karo toh Uski chodhan(width) 7haath rahlo.[SAHIH MUSLIM: 3927, SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2473]It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If you dispute concerning the road, make its width seven cubits."حضرت ابو ہریرہ ر ضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺنے فرمایا: جب تم راستے میں اختلاف کرو تو اس کی چوڑائی سات ہاتھ رکھ لو۔
