47. Kitaab Ul Sharakat (patnership)

TOSHOU MEIN BARAKATH KA TAREEQA:

Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Jihaad kay mouqe per, toshay kum hote toh ek kapda bichai aur subka tosha usme daldiye aur phir sub apne apne bartan se baraber baraber bantletay.

Narrated By Salama : Once the journey food diminished and the people were reduced to poverty. They went to the Prophet and asked his permission to slaughter their camels, and he agreed. 'Umar met them and they told him about it, and he said, "How would you survive after slaughtering your camels?" Then he went to the Prophet and said, "O Allah's Apostle! How would they survive after slaughtering their camels?" Allah's Apostle ordered 'Umar, "Call upon the people to bring what has remained of their food." A leather sheet was spread and al I the journey food was collected and heaped over it. Allah's Apostle stood up and invoked Allah to bless it, and then directed all the people to come with their utensils, and they started taking from it till all of them got what was sufficient for them. Allah's Apostle then said, "I testify that None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and I am His Apostle."


ہم سے بشر بن مرحوم نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے حاتم بن اسماعیل نے انہوں نے یزید بن ابی عبید سے انہوں نے سلمہ بن اکوع سے انہوں نے کہا (غزوۂ ہوازن میں) لوگوں کے توشے تمام ہو گئے اور ان کو توشہ کی احتیاج پڑی وہ نبیﷺ کے پاس آئے اپنے اونٹ کاٹنے کی اجازت چاہی آپ نے اجازت دی پھر حضرت عمرؓ ان سے ملے انہوں نے یہ حال ان سے بیان کیا حضرت عمرؓ نے کہا اونٹوں کو کاٹ ڈالو گے تو پھر تم کیسے جیو گے (پاؤں سے چلتے چلتے ہلاک ہو جاؤ گے)پھر نبیﷺ کے پاس گئے اور عرض کیا یارسول اللہ اونٹ کاٹ ڈالیں گے تو یہ لوگ کیسے جیئیں گے رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا اچھا لوگوں میں منادی کر دو سب اپنے اپنے بچےہوئے توشے لے کر آ جائیں اور چمڑے کا ایک دستر خوان بچھایا گیا سب نے اپنے توشے اس پر ڈال دیے رسول اللہﷺ کھڑے ہوئے اور اس کے لیے برکت کی دعا کی پھر فرمایا اپنے اپنے تھیلے لے کر آؤ (بھرنا شروع کرو) لوگوں نے لپ بھر بھر کر لینا شروع کر دیا ہر ایک نے اپنی ضرورت کے موافق لے لیا تب آپ نے فرمایا میں یہ گواہی دیتا ہوں اللہ کے سوا کوئی سچا معبود نہیں اور میں اللہ کا بھیجا ہوا ہوں۔





SONA CHANDI KA MAMLA NAQD HO TOH SOOD NAHI:

Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') Farmaay, (Sona aur chandi) kay mutaliq, Jo naqd ho wo lelo, aur jo Udhar ho ussay chodh dien.

Narrated By Sulaiman bin Abu Muslim : I asked Abu Minhal about money exchange from hand to hand. He said, "I and a partner of mine bought something partly in cash and partly on credit." Al-Bara' bin 'Azib passed by us and we asked about it. He replied, "I and my partner Zaid bin Al-Arqam did the same and then went to the Prophet and asked him about it. He said, 'Take what was from hand to hand and leave what was on credit.'"


ہم سے عمرو بن علی فلاس نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے ابو عاصم نے بیان کیا انہوں نے عثمان بن اسود سے کہا مجھ کو سلیمان بن ابی مسلم نے خبر دی کہا میں نے ابو المنہال سے نقدانقد بیع صرف کو پوچھا انہوں نے کہا میں نے اور میرے شریک نے نقدی میں سے کچھ نقدا نقد خریدی کچھ ادھار اتنے میں براء بن عازبؓ ہمارے پاس آئے ہم نے ان سے پوچھا انہوں نے کہا میں نے اور میرے ساجھی زید بن ارقم نے ایسا کیا تھا اور ہم نے نبیﷺ سے پوچھا آپ نے فرمایا جو نقدا نقد ہو وہ تو رکھ لو اور جو ادھار ہو اس کو چھوڑ دو۔





KHAIBER KI ZAMEEN KA BAYAN:

Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wa salaam'') khaiber ki Zameen yahudiyou ko is shart per dedi kay wo isme mahenath kare aur Boey Jotien aur paidawar ka adha hessa unhay mila kare.

Narrated By Abdullah : Allah's Apostle rented the land of Khaibar to the Jews on the condition that they would work on it and cultivate it and take half of its yield.


ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے جویریہ بنت اسماء نے انہوں نے نافع سے انہوں نے عبداللہ بن عمرؓ سے انہوں نے کہا رسول اللہﷺ نے خیبر کی زمین یہودیوں کے حوالے کردی اس اقرار پر کہ وہ اس میں محنت کریں اور کھیتی اور پیداوار کا آدھا حصہ لیں۔
