KHARZ LENE MEIN NARMI AUR KHARZ MAAF KARDENE WALAY KAY LIYE BAQSHISH:
Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, tumse phele guzashte ummatou mein kisi shaqhs ki rooh kay paas (Mout kay waqt) Farishte ae aur puchay kay tumne kuch achay kaam bhi kiye hai? Rooh ne Jawaab diya kay mein Apne noukaraou se kaha karta tha kay wo Maaldar logou ko (Jo unkay Maqhrooz ho), muhalath dediya kare aur unper saqhti na kare aur mohtajou ko Maaf kardiya karo .
Muhammed(ﷺ) Farmaay, phir Farishtou ne bhi ussay darguzar kiya aur Saqhti nahi ki.
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2077, 2391, SAHIH MUSLIM: 3788]Narrated By Hudhaifa : I heard the Prophet saying, "Once a man died and was asked, 'What did you use to say (or do) (in your life time)?' He replied, 'I was a business-man and used to give time to the rich to repay his debt and (used to) deduct part of the debt of the poor.' So he was forgiven (his sins.)" Abu Masud said, "I heard the same (Hadith) from the Prophet."ہم سے مسلم نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے انہوں نے عبدالملک سے انہوں نے ربعی بن خراش سے انہوں نے حذیفہؓ سے انہوں نے کہا میں نے نبیﷺ سے سنا آپ فرماتے تھے ایک شخص مر گیا اس سے پوچھا (تیرے پاس کوئی نیکی ہے) وہ کہنے لگا میں بیوپاری آدمی تھا اتنا تھا کہ مالدار کو میں مہلت دیتا تھا اور نادار کو معاف کر دیتا تھا آخر وہ بخشا گیا ابو مسعودؓ نے کہا میں نے بھی یہ حدیث نبیﷺ سے سنی ہے ۔BAHETAR LOG WO JO KHARZ ACHI TARHA SE PRA ADA KARE:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') per Ek shaqhs ka ek khaas umar ka ount kharz tha- wo shaqhs taqaza karne aya toh Aap(ﷺ) ne Sahaba se farmaaya kay ada kardo- Sahba(RA) ne is umar ka ount talaash kiya lekin nahi mila- Albatta issay ziyada umar ka mikskkha Aap(ﷺ) ne Farmaaya kay yehi unhay dedo- usper us shaqhs ne kaha kay Apnay mjhe pora pra Haq dediya- Allahtala Apko bhi pora pora badla dien.Phir Muhammed(ﷺ) Farmaay, kay tumme subse bahetar wolog hai jo kharz wagerah ko pori tarha Ada kardetay hai.
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2305, 2390, SAHIH MUSLIM: 3898]Narrated By Abu Huraira : A man came to the Prophet and demanded a camel (the Prophet owed him). Allah's Apostle told his companions to give him (a camel). They said, "We do not find except an older camel (than what he demands). (The Prophet ordered them to give him that camel). The man said, "You have paid me in full and may Allah also pay you in full." Allah's Apostle said, "Give him, for the best amongst the people is he who repays his debts in the most handsome manner."ہم مسدد نے بیان کیا انہوں نے یحیٰی بن سعید قطان سے انہوں نے سفیان ثوری سے انہوں نے کہا مجھ سے سلمہ بن کہیل نے بیان کیا انہوں نے ابو سلمہؓ سےانہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے کہ ایک (گنوار) شخص نبیﷺ کے پاس آیا اور ایک اونٹ کا تقاضا کرنے لگا رسول اللہؐ نے فرمایا اس کا اونٹ دو لوگوں نے کہا اس کے اونٹ سے بڑی عمر کا اونٹ موجود ہے تب وہ شخص کہنے لگا آپ نے میرا پورا حق دے دیا اللہ آپ کو پورا ثواب دے آپ نے فرمایا وہی اونٹ دےدو اچھے وہی لوگ ہیں جو اچھی طرح قرض ادا کریں ۔KHARZDAR TAQAZA KARSAKHTA HAI:Ek Shaqhs Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') se (Apne kharz ka) taqaza karne aya aur Saqth Batien kahene laga- Sahaba(RA) gussa hokar uski tarf badhaylekin Aap(ﷺ) ne Farmaaya kay ussay chodhdo- kyunkay jiska kisi per haq ho toh wo kahenay sunnay ka bhi haq rakhta hai.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2306, 2401, SAHIH MUSLIM: 3898]Narrated By Abu Huraira : A man came to the Prophet and demanded his debts and used harsh words. The companions of the Prophet wanted to harm him, but the Prophet said, "Leave him, as the creditor (owner of the right) has the right to speak."ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے انہوں نے شعبہ سے انہوں نے سلمہ سے انہوں نے ابو سلمہ سے انہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے کہ ایک شخص نبیﷺ کے پاس آیا اپنے قرض کا آپ سے تقاضا کر رہا تھا اس نے سخت کلامی کی صحابہؓ نے اس کو ٹھوکنا چاہا آپؐ نے فرمایا جانے دو جس کا کچھ حق نکلتا ہو وہ ایسی باتیں کر سکتا ہے ۔KHARZ LETAY WAQT ADA KARNE KI NIYYATH SE LAY TO ALLAHTALA ADA KARADEGA:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Jo koi logou ka maal kharz kay tour per ada karnay ki niyyath se leta hai toh Allahtala bhi uski tarf se Ada karega aur Jo koi na denay ki niyyath se lien toh Allahtala bhi usko tabha kardega.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2387]Narrated By Abu Huraira : The Prophet said, "Whoever takes the money of the people with the intention of repaying it, Allah will repay it on his behalf, and whoever takes it in order to spoil it, then Allah will spoil him."ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن عبداللہ اویسی نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے سلیمان بن بلال نے بیان کیا انہوں نے ثور بن زید سے انہوں نے ابو الغیث سے انہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے انہوں نے نبیﷺ سے آپ نے فرمایا جو شخص لوگوں کا مال اس نیت سے لے کہ اس کو ادا کرے گا تو اللہ اس کی طرف سے ادا کرے گا اور جو شخص اس کو تباہ کرنا چاہےگا تو اللہ اس کو تباہ کر دے گا ۔JO SHIRK NA KARE WO JANNATH MEIN JAENGAY:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, bohath maal walay wohi sawaab kum panay walay hai Qayamath kay din (yani zahaid kay darjath se mehrum rahene walay hai) magar Jisne kharch kiya idhar, udhar, aur jidhar munasib ho, lekin aise logou ki taidad kum hoti hai- Jibraeel(AS) Ae aur Farmaay kay tumhari Ummath ka admi us Haal mein maray kay Shirk na kare wo Jannath mein jaega.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2388, SAHIH MUSLIM: 2175]Narrated By Abu Dhar : Once, while I was in the company of the Prophet, he saw the mountain of Uhud and said, "I would not like to have this mountain turned into gold for me unless nothing of it, not even a single Dinar remains of it with me for more than three days (i.e. I will spend all of it in Allah's Cause), except that Dinar which I will keep for repaying debts." Then he said, "Those who are rich in this world would have little reward in the Hereafter except those who spend their money here and there (in Allah's Cause), and they are few in number." Then he ordered me to stay at my place and went not far away. I heard a voice and intended to go to him but I remembered his order, "Stay at your place till I return." On his return I said, "O Allah's Apostle! (What was) that noise which I heard?" He said, "Did you hear anything?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Gabriel came and said to me, 'Whoever amongst your followers dies, worshipping none along with Allah, will enter Paradise.' " I said, "Even if he did such-and-such things (i.e. even if he stole or committed illegal sexual intercourse)" He said, "Yes."ہم سے احمد بن یونس نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے ابو شہاب (عبدربہ) نے انہوں نے اعمش سے انہوں نے زید بن وہب سے انہوں نے ابو ذرؓ سے انہوں نے کہا میں نبیﷺ کے ساتھ تھا آپؐ نے احد کا پہاڑ جب دیکھا تو فرمایا میں یہ پسند نہیں کرتا کہ یہ سارا سونے کا ہو جائے اور پھر اس میں سے ایک دینار بھی میرے پاس تین دن سے زیادہ رہے مگر وہ دینار ہے تو رہے جس کو میں نے قرضہ ادا کرنے کے لئے رکھ لیا ہو پھر فرمایا دیکھو جو دولتمند ہیں وہی محتاج ہیں مگر جو اسطرح خرچ کریں ابو شہاب راوی نے سامنے اور داہنے بائیں اشارہ کیا اور ایسے لوگ تھوڑے ہیں اور فرمایا یہیں ٹھہرا رہ آپ تھوڑی دور آگے بڑھ گئے میں نےMAALDAR KA KHARZ ADAI MEIN DAYRI KARNA ZULM HAI:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Maadaar ki tarf se (kharz ki adai mein) Taal matol karna zulm hai.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2400, SAHIH MUSLIM: 3796]Narrated By Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle said, "Procrastination (delay) in repaying debts by a wealthy person is injustice."ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے عبد الاعلی نے انہوں نے معمر سے انہوں نے ہمام بن منبہ سے جو وہب بن منبہ کے بھائی تھے انہوں نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے سنا وہ کہتے تھے رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا مال دار کا قرض ادا کرنے میں دیر لگانا ستم(گناہ)ہے ۔ALLAHTALA HARAAM KIYE IN BATOU KO:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Allahtala ne tum per Haraam kiya hai:1. Maa baap ki nafarmaani.
2. Ladkiyou ko zinda dafan karna.
3. Huqooq ki adai na karna.
4. Dosrou ka maal najayez tour per dabalena.
5. Fizul bakwas karna.
6. Kasrath se suwaalaath karna.
7. Aur Maal ka zayaan karna (makroo qarar diya hai).
[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2408]Narrated By Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba : The Prophet said, "Allah has forbidden for you, (1) to be undutiful to your mothers, (2) to bury your daughters alive, (3) to not to pay the rights of the others (e.g. charity, etc.) and (4) to beg of men (begging). And Allah has hated for you (1) vain, useless talk, or that you talk too much about others, (2) to ask too many questions, (in disputed religious matters) and (3) to waste the wealth (by extravagance).ہم سے عثمان بن ابی شیبہ نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے جریر نے انہوں نے منصور سے انہوں نے شعبی سے انہوں نے وراد سے جو مغیرہ بن شعبہ کے غلام تھے انہوں نے مغیرہ بن شعبہ سے ، انہوں نے کہا نبیﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ نے ماؤں کی نافرمانی تم پر حرام کی اور بیٹیوں کا زندہ گاڑ ھ دینا ، آپ تو کسی کو نہ دینا اور دوسروں سے مانگنا فضول بک بک لگانا ، بہت سوال کرنا اور مال برباد کرنا ۔HAR EK SE APNE APNE FARAEZ KI PUCH HOGI:Muhammed(''Salla Allaahu 'alaiyhi wasalaam'') Farmaay, Har Shaqhs ek tarha ka Hakim hai Badshah, Har shaqhs Apnay ghar ka hakim hai ussay uskay baray mein suwaal hoga, Aurath apne shohar kay ghar ki hakim hai ussay uski raiyath kay baray mein puch hogi, Qadim apne aaqa kay maal ka hakim hai ussay uskay raiyath kay baray mein suwaal hoga, Mard apne walid kay maal kay baray mein suwaal hoga.[SAHIH AL BUQHARI:3: 2409]Narrated By Ibn Umar : I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "All of you are guardians and responsible for your charges: the Ruler (i.e. Imam) is a guardian and responsible for his subjects; and a man is a guardian of his family and is responsible for his charges; and a lady is a guardian in the house of her husband and is responsible for her charge; and a servant is a guardian of the property of his master and is responsible for his charge." I think he also said, "And a man is a guardian of the property of his father."ہم سے بشر بن محمد نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو عبد اللہ بن مبارک نے خبر دی کہا ہم کو یونس نے انہوں نے زہری سے انہوں نے کہا مجھ کو سالم نے خبر دی ،انہوں نے عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے ،انہوں نے کہا میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنا آپﷺ فرماتے تھےتم میں سے ہر کوئی نگہبان ہے اور اپنی رعیت سے پوچھا جائے گا ۔حاکم بھی نگہبان ہے،اپنی رعیت سے پوچھا جائے گا،مرد اپنے گھر والوں کا نگہبان ہے اور اپنی رعیت سے پوچھا جائے گا اور عورت اپنے خا وند کے گھر کی نگہبان ہے ، اپنی رعیت سے پوچھی جائےگی اور غلام اپنے صاحب کے مال کا نگہبا ن ہے اور اپنی رعیت سے پوچھا جائے گا ۔ابن عمر ؓ نے کہا میں سمجھتا ہوں آپ ﷺ نے یہ بھی فرمایا کہ مرد اپنے باپ کے مال کا نگہبان ہے(اور اپنی رعیت سے پوچھا جائے گا)
