27. Kitaab Ul Muhsar (peilgrims prevented from completing the pilgrimage)

HUDEBIYA KAY SAAL UMRA KARNE SE KUFFAR NE ROKHDIYA THA:

Muhammed(Salla allaahu alaiyhi wa salaam) Jabh Hudebiya kay Saal Makkah Janay se rokh diye gae toh Aap(S) ne Hudebiya hi mein Apna Sar mundwaya aur Azwaj Mutaharath kay paas gae aur Qurbaani ko nahr kiya, phir Ainda Saal Ek Dosra Umra kiye.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was prevented from performing (`Umra) Therefore, he shaved his head and had sexual relations with his wives and slaughtered his Hadi and performed Umra in the following year.


عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے ان سے فرمایا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب حدیبیہ کے سال مکہ جانے سے روک دیئے گئے تو آپ نے حدیبیہ ہی میں اپنا سر منڈوایا اور ازواج مطہرات کے پاس گئے اور قربانی کو نحر کیا ، پھر آئندہ سال ایک دوسرا عمرہ کیا ۔





FIDIYA DENE KA HUQM KOI MAJBOORI MEIN ARKAAN KARNA PADHJAEY PHELE HI TOH:

Muhammed(Salla Allaahu Alaiyhi Wa Salaam) ne Ka’b bin Ajrah(r) ko dekha toh Juwaiy unkay chaherai per gir rai thi toh Aap(Salla Allaahu alaiyhi wa salaam) ne pucha kay kiya tumhe in Juwaou se taklif horai hai, Unho ne kaha Ji haan” toh Nabi(S) ne unhay huqm diya kay wo apna sar mundwalay wo us waqt Hudebiya mein the. (Hudebiya kay saal) aur kisi ko maloom na tha kay wo wahin Hudebiya mein hi rahejaengay balkay subki khaahish thi kay Makkah mein daqil ho- phir Allahtala ne Fidiya ka huqm nazil Farmaaya phir Muhammed(S) Farmaay kay, 6 miskeenou ko Ek Farq (yani teen sa galla) taqseem kardiya jaey yaEk Bakri ki Qurbaani kare ya teen din rozay rakhay.

Narrated `Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Layla:
(Reporting the speech of Ka`b bin Umra) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw him (i.e. Ka`b) while the lice were falling on his face. He asked (him), "Have your lice troubled you?" He replied in the affirmative. So, he ordered him to get his head shaved while he was at Al-Hudaibiya. At that time they were not permitted to finish their Ihram, and were still hoping to enter Mecca. So, Allah revealed the verses of Al-Fidya. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ordered him to feed six poor persons with one Faraq of food or to slaughter one sheep (as a sacrifice) or to fast for three days.


کیا اور ان سے کعب بن عجرۃ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں دیکھا تو جوئیں ان کے چہرے پر گر رہی تھیں ، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا کیا ان جوؤں سے تمہیں تکلیف ہے ؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ جی ہاں ، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں حکم دیا کہ اپنا سر منڈا لیں ۔ وہ اس وقت حدیبہ میں تھے ۔ ( صلح حدیبیہ کے سال ) اور کسی کو یہ معلوم نہیں تھا کہ وہ حدیبیہ ہی میں رہ جائیں گے بلکہ سب کی خواہش یہ تھی کہ مکہ میں داخل ہوں ۔ پھر اللہ تعالیٰ نے فدیہ کا حکم نازل فرمایا اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حکم دیا کہ چھ مسکینوں کو ایک فرق ( یعنی تین صاع غلہ ) تقسیم کر دیا جائے یا ایک بکری کی قربانی کرے یا تین دن کے روزے
رکھے ۔




HAJJ SE INSAAN GUNAAHOU SE PAAK HOJATA HAI:


Muhammed(Salla Allaahu alaiyhi Wa Salaam) Farmaay, Jisne Kabatullah ka Hajj kiya aur Na Shahuwath ki Fahesh batien ki, na Gunaah kiya toh wo us din ki tarha wapis hoga Jis Din Uski Maa ne Ussay Janna tha.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever performs Hajj to this Ka`ba and does not approach his wife for sexual relations nor commit sins (while performing Hajj), he will come out as sinless as a newborn child, (just delivered by his mother).


کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جس نے اس گھر کا حج کیا اور نہ شہوت کی فحش باتیں کیں ، نہ گناہ کیا تو وہ اس دن کی طرح واپس ہو گا جس دن اس کی ماں نے اسے جنا تھا -
